He was very polite , friendly and welcoming. At no point was he pushy and I felt at ease throughout. He fully explained everything and checked to make sure I was happy with the proposal made. Upon completion of purchasing my Yaris the manager came to see me personally to introduce himself and thank me for the purchase. He was also very nice and friendly. The dealership had a lovely layout and was nice, clean and welcoming.

I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Excel AWD from Vertu Toyota Sheffield, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Ethan Cooper for his excellent service throughout the whole process.
From my very first enquiry, Ethan was always patient, professional and never put me under any pressure. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, as I had been searching for quite a while for a low-mileage RAV4 Hybrid Excel AWD with the right specification.
After my test drive, I was very happy with the car overall. The only concern I had was the condition of the four tyres. Although they met the Toyota Approved Used standard, I felt they were already quite worn and would likely need replacing in the near future. Initially, I was told that the tyres would not be replaced because they passed the dealership’s inspection, and at that point I decided not to proceed with the purchase.
Unfortunately, Ethan was on annual leave at the time and wasn’t aware of my decision. As soon as he returned and found out that my only concern was the tyres, he immediately spoke with his Sales Manager on my behalf. He understood that I genuinely loved the car and simply wanted peace of mind before making such an important purchase.
Thanks to Ethan’s efforts, the dealership agreed to replace all four tyres with brand new Bridgestone tyres, which completely addressed my concern. He contacted me straight away, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything as smooth as possible until collection.
Because of Ethan’s dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I was able to complete the purchase with confidence. I’m absolutely delighted with my RAV4 and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Thank you again, Ethan, for your outstanding customer service, professionalism and persistence. You truly made the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Ethan Cooper and Vertu Toyota Sheffield to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota.

Montys/Burrows/Vertu Toyota have satisfied all of mine and my family's motoring needs since 1986, when I purchased my first ever new vehicle from David Williamson. The vehicle I ordered in April this year was the fourteenth I have bought from David, but I have also purchased five for my wife, and one for my daughter, twenty in total. Not once in those forty years has any of us been disappointed in any aspect of our involvement with this dealership. Shortly after I placed my order in April this year, David announced his retirement, and I was understandably concerned. Typically, he invited me to the showroom, where he introduced me to James Templeton who, he assured me, would take care of us in the future, as he had done for the last forty years. David did not exaggerate. James and I bonded at our first meeting, and every aspect of the acquisition of my new vehicle, has been perfect, thanks to James. My family and I will continue to rely on this dealership for all of our motoring needs, secure in the knowledge that our best interests are at the forefront of their thinking.

I found the customer service at Toyota Sheffield to be excellent, on all occasions, firstly with the Motability car for my daughter and then with the purchase, a week later of a car for myself to replace the 10 year old Toyota that I had done a very high mileage in but had been incredibly reliable nonetheless.
Jordan was particularly helpful in giving advice that I felt genuinely focused on what we needed, not on the best Sale.
