Really well looked after from the first phone call to purchase. They held the car a little longer than normal for me until I could view it and sent me a good in depth walkaround video in the meantime. Jack was the salesperson throughout and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and with this being my first EV gave me lots of helpful information about public charging and car specifics. He provided detailed information about the dealership extras and their benefits but I never felt pushed to purchase them. Jack has since followed up with a call to make sure I'm happy with the car and service. Overall really happy with the whole experience.

I knew the car I wanted & had been looking for quite a few weeks, I saw the car a Nissan Qashqai for sale by Vertu at the Vauxhall dealership in Harrogate & made enquiries,it had all the specifications I wanted, within 24hrs I had agreed a deal & picked the car up.

Very disappointing experience.
The Harrogate branch has had my vehicle in for repair for nearly four weeks. At the time of writing this review, I still have not been given a collection date or any clear indication of when the work will be completed.
Communication has been terrible throughout. It took over a week for the manager to respond to my enquiries, and despite logging a formal complaint with Vertu, I have received no response.
The lack of updates and customer care has been extremely frustrating, especially as I rely on my vehicle for work. I would expect much better communication and service from a professional dealership and repair centre.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch.

Good customer service
This was my second experience of buying from Vertu Vauxhall Harrogate and I received the same good customer service as I did the first time.
My sales rep was Sophie who was new to the role. Her communication was very good, she replied to e-mails very promptly and informed me of days and times I could reach her. I was given a fair price for my vehicle in part exchange and my new used vehicle was given to me in good condition. Sophie patiently went though all the documents with me and answered any questions I had, and if she was unsure of the answer, due to being new, she found out for me. I have felt comfortable and confident to buy from Vertu Harrogate and would definately buy from them again.

I had to buy a new car at a time I was going through big life events ( moving house and the death of a very young family member ) cars are not my thing , so felt anxious. I gave Sophie a hard time, she was always calm & patient with me. I asked lots of questions and if she didn"t know the answers, she found them out.
