I've been using the VA for my healthcare since 2009 but never filed a claim due to the complex and difficult process of getting approved. Last year I decided to file. However, everywhere you look someone wants to be your advocate. When I happened upon Veteran Nexus (who I had never heard of), something clicked and I felt that he genuinely cared. Steve convinced me to file and although I nearly gave up and quit the process, I did what they said and in record time was approved at 100%. Their expertise and knowledge of the process was instrumental in providing the VA exactly what they needed to make a timely decision! I will be encouraging every veteran I meet to contact Veteran Nexus for their claims needs. Steve, Kaye and all the dedicated staff have my sincere gratitude for a job "well done"! I want to express my appreciation to Veteran Nexus for their dutiful work, research and attention to details in the processing of my VA claim. Because of their tireless efforts I am now 100%,something that has taken many years of frustration and submitting claims with negative results. Very professional. I let them lead the way and do what they thought was best and they took me from 0 to 100% in about 8 months. Would’ve been less but we had to request a higher level review on one they thought I was underrated on. And we won.

I was stuck at 80% with no way of getting to 100%. I called others that wanted me to pay upfront with no guarantee of any increase. Then I found Veteran Nexus. After filling out the online form I spoke to Megan (and others) who explained how they do business. The best part...no upfront cost. And once we did discuss pricing I was all in. Within 2 months I went from 80..to 90...to 100 percent. I'm ecstatic that they were able to help me...and not put me in a financial bind. Kudos to Veteran Nexus!!!

My claim took over two and half years to received a decision from the VA. Josh and his team stayed with me through out the whole process. They helped me to get into my portal , they also help me put documents into the portal. If I had question they would return my call or t text messages. I was ready to quit with my claim but Josh gave me the advise about staying with the claim but he also understood if I want to stop. Thank goodness I didn't because in the end I won my claim. Again my thanks goes to Josh and his team.

I was having trouble getting any type of service connection till I found Veteran Nexus online, and Thought I would give you a try since I was getting nowhere with the VFW or the DAV. If I were to need help again, I would make sure I contact Veteran Nexus.Org.

Very knowledgeable of the process and professional when asked questions about next steps. They made navigating VA web easier than the VA administrators I’ve tried working with before. Definitely recommend using their services.

I felt Steven included all options. I think he covered everything from head to toe literally that I could potentially claim. I did feel that the claim for trying to increase my already 70% psychic valuation was unnecessary. I just found this though it would be nearly impossible for me to increase that because I feel it's though I would have to literally be homebound and unable to function. Overall I felt that the service was great. The team was readily available when I needed them and I would highly recommend the service to anyone who needed to file a VA claim.

I started on a journey that I should have done long ago. The VA disability system was hard to navigate and deal with alone. I found Veteran Nexus online amongst many others. Everyone that I dealt with was fantastic. Every bit of service, information and assistance I received was always honest above board and straight forward.
