VetMedi UK were waiting for a prescription from me for some medication for my cat. It appears it got lost in the post. I called VetMedi and the person I spoke to was very helpful. She contacted my vet and arranged for an electronic copy to be sent. I received an email that same day saying that the medication was on it's way.
