Quick, cheerful and professional help within a reasonable time frame. They go the extra mile and are so helpful! Especially appreciated the banner announcing some delays in processing notes before I even had a chance to ask about it
I could not find a patient note. The team did everything that they could, looked through my other patients and had other team members help. Although they were not able to find it they were considerate, helpful, and tried to do something for me to make up for the inconvenience. Things like this happen but it is really nice to have a team to go to when they do.
Staff was quick to respond and sort out the issue to get me up and running again. Great help!

I just love VetRec! It's hard to pick a favorite aspect, but the Records Recap in which 1000 pages of previous records are summarized in just a couple of minutes is most definitely a winner. This saves me ages, and I can ask VetRec specific questions, like 'When did this dog last get a steroid?' and get an immediate, detailed, answer. I also love the customized communications summaries, with everything I need to know efficiently and accurately captured.
