The package was delivered quickly and…
The package was delivered quickly and was easy to put together, only issue was the shipper shipped requiring a signature and that information was not included on the tracking information, the courier called my phone saying he was at my door and needed a signature I was 30 min away ended up having to making arrangements for somone to come and recieve it. If that information was included would have avoided all of that. As we always get packages dropped at the door .

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the delivery experience. We understand how inconvenient it was to not have prior notification about the signature requirement, especially when you were away. We are reviewing our tracking information procedures to ensure such details are clearly communicated in the future, preventing similar situations for our customers.
Very easy to navigate and order.
