This company is a rip-off the products are inferior,the bracelet broke the very first time and then the gems fell out of the bracelet as well as the chain. I paid for additional protection and they're not honoring my exchange

Based on your own account, you received and wore the pieces for several days, which confirms they arrived intact. The level of damage shown in the photos is consistent with severe impact and neglect rather than normal wear or a manufacturing defect - this is not something that happens from simply wearing jewelry. Our pieces go through quality checks before leaving our facility, and we're confident this was not a craftsmanship issue. Despite this, we offered to replace the pieces under our warranty program, which includes a standard processing fee. That offer was declined. Great feel and appearance
The jewelry came in individual leather-like pouches...great first impression...the necklace and bracelet are absolutely gorgeous...from the accents on the clasp, to the unique clasp mechanisms...these really stand out and they are my new favorite Cuban pieces.

This company and its products are horrible and not worth the packaging they are sent in. You will lose about $20-$30 on returning an item. Obviously this is how they make their money because NO ONE should ever buy the inferior quality product that they are selling…pure garbage!! Stay away and spend your money with a reputable company that sells quality products
