DO NOT PURCHASE. This brand does not use sterling silver, but rather sprays their cheap jewelry with a silver overcoat. My Bracelet tarnished after about two weeks of use. I reached out to customer service and they have been completely dismissive and state they will not refund me despite the fact that sterling silver does not tarnish. This company is a scam.

Read the return policy before you buy
The jewelry looks nice, but it actually looks almost exactly like a chain I got off Amazon for less. Time will tell if it's fake stainless steel like 90% of the chains that claim to be stainless steel are. My main complaint is the less than transparent warranty and return/exchange policies. On the product page, words like "easy exchanges and returns", "no risk purchase", "lifetime warranty". However, after finding the written policies, there is a $20 "restocking" fee for returns, assuming they let you. If you got a discount, you are out of luck (like my purchase was). As for warranty, "guaranteed not to tarnish or fade" doesn't cover the gold finish wearing off. In any case, there is a $30 "warranty evaluation fee", plus shipping is on your dime regardless. ***update*** I want to adjust my review...the jewelry is actually nice and has good color and feel. It was probably a bit unfair to base two stars on just their policies; I bumped it to 4 stars. My point was that I didn't feel the policies matched the words on the product page. Perhaps a conspicuous link to the policies would be appreciated.

Disappointed
I sent an email a week after receiving my jewelry about repairs or a replacement and no one ever responded to my email. This is very dissatisfying. My bracelet broke the first week after wearing it only once.

3rd time having a delay and the company…
3rd time having a delay and the company will not allow me to receive my refund after 2 attempts through the postal service. It seems like the company would know at this point high price items through postal service is slim to none with receiving your product. Hommes Oro believes strongly in the post service however they do not value the meaning of customer service. It seems all they care about is profit and convenience for their operations. Unacceptable! The service is disgusting!

Both chains and bracelet are 1 to small. It says 18k platted on the advertisement but doesn’t either chain nor bracelet, I don’t care for how the links are put together, it looks a little cheaply done, like bubble gum machine jewelry. The rest of it looks solid though.

The return policy is misleading. They claim you can return the product, but you must read the fine print. If the product is discounted, you cannot return it, which is the case for most products currently on sale. I’ve attached the terms below.
Our return policy states that final sale items cannot be returned. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit. We apologize for any confusion.

The Lifetime guarantee is real
The Lifetime guarantee is real. My clasp on my necklace was not connecting and I contacted customer service to see if they could repair it or replace the clasp for me. They did one better, they reminded me of my lifetime guarantee and replaced my necklace with the same product but with an updated clasp. I was very happy and am proud to be a customer.
