The items in your order were pre-order pieces with an expected ship date of May 21st through May 31st, as noted on the product page at checkout. The 2-5 business days refers to transit time once the order ships, not the processing time for pre-order items. The good news is your order has already been packaged and will ship on Tuesday once the courier reopens after the Memorial Day holiday. Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a specific chain and got a shorter length of the chain. I made a complaint and initiated a return and these guys billed me not only a return fee but a portion of my payment as well and instead of giving me back my refund, they send me a useless store credit to make sure I reuse the amount back in their store. SCAMMMMMERS!!!!
Their response is further evidence of their scams. They offered no direct refund to my bank or card. They turned my own money, my refund into a store credit to ensure I use it in their website.
