Dear VFS global office at Oman Muscat,

I have been requesting an appointment for more than a month on the website. Unfortunately, I have been unable to do so because the website does not accept reservations. Every time I try to book an appointment, it tells me there is an error. Is there another way to book an appointment? as I have called you and emailed several times, but infortunetly no responce for all the time.

Please guide and help me to book an appointment and if its possible lets us know in order to allocate another embassy.

VFS is terrible!
How many times i am travelling to Europe i am facing same situations from website to appointment, from services up to employees!
I am really first time using this word to any company that i hated of this company and services which they can't give in each of time. Really loss of time, unqualitness, from A to Z of them. How the @Europe working such a unqualified companies i can't understand.

Appointment was for 11.00 only finished up by 14h00 - I noticed several people got preferential treatment - I assume friends and family -- then at 12, most of the staff went on lunch and only a limited service was offered - I find it the worst service ever - VFS have a lot to learn from other countries

One of the worst Visa application centre in Gulf is Oman VFS, unprofessional people didn't bother to attend the call nor they reply. disgusting VFS management should close VFP operation in Oman.

Mr Dolrich and Ms Hanna at the premium lounge were extremely helpful and extended their support in the process of our visa application. Great Job!!!

There are no words to describe how utterly appalling the gatekeepers were at the desk for Austrian visa applications in Cape Town. I have had around 12 Schengens in my life, all for work reasons and applied for around the globe, so applying is not my 1st time at a rodeo....but these 2 were/are the epitome of horrific behaviour. I guess, simply as they could...they're the ones behind the desk. Me, mere pond scum on the receiving end. Holiday visa in after 2nd application as the 1st one decided she was rejecting one page of a document. So I had to go back. I only wanted a week, got another 4 year one so bravo Austrian Embassy. Phenomenal shame that your visa agents are so ....what's the word ....???!!!

A person named Madhur Bhosdiwala and Deepika Patil in VFS Italy Delhi office have cheated bunch of applicants by stealing away the money by asking for bribes for some guillable students who didn't know the process, clear case of forgery.

I don't understand how these call center fraudsters and scamsters are hired at embassy , on the name of cheap labour which is outsourced

Never respond to emails
I live in the UK and possess a Dutch passport. I have submitted my passport application since April 11th, 2024. There was an issue with the Dutch government that caused the delay, but this issue has been resolved and I have sent countless emails to vfs Birmingham and up till now I have not received any reply. This is disgusting and I have holidays planned out for this summe

VFS South Korea pavithran, excellent work.

I was applying for Italian Business Visa and i was not aware that Italian embassy don’t accept more then 90 days Visa and my application was for 180 days.

There was a lady in VFS Oman Nada She is a gem. She helped me revising all my documents from 180 to 90 days and she waited for me for more than 1 hour to fix all my airline and hotel bookings. Thanks Nada from VFS Oman.

Worse visa service i have ever received. They are disorganized, and people who work there need serious training.

Worst service ever. No respect for someones time. For them 5 min was equivalent to 30 min or 1hr. Few staff members were rude and were not following proper process. They should have called member based on appointment time and not based on know person or country basis.

Canada Hyderabad VFS office staff is very friendly and helpful. While process went smoothly without any issues and quickly.

Today, the 9th of March, 2023, myself and my wife Mrs Malathi Narasimhan visited VFS, Chennai for German Visa Interview availing the Premium Lounch Facility.

We had an excellent service experience through Ms. Vinitha, Germany, Chennai, as we could complete the Visa application Process in a hassle-free way.

I would like to share my experience at the VFS global Ahmedabad. Arti from the biometrics was very patient and made me comfortable during the entire process.

I visit Jalandhar vfs to submit my file for netherland .I get good service from staff they are very helpful . I submit my file on counter 1 Mr. Gurpreet Singh provide good service.
