Kelly, James and the team made this so easy for us. It can be a nerve-wracking process but EFX make it very smooth, highly recommended.

Just used my currency card for the first time in Europe. Accepted everywhere we went, no issues - and easy to see spending when I got back - really helpful 'chat' team member (April) showed me how to access statements. Would recommend (daily exchange rate tracking, too)

Took this EasyFX card to Florida, easy to apply and swiftly received but unfortunately card was declined about 50% of the time so needless to say its a lottery whether it'll work or not. I rang customer services to cancel the card only to be told that there are major problems using in the USA. These issues will be updated soon on their website

My currency card had worked very well then a password problem occurred. Went on the helpline 1 hour later a very professional and helpful lady Kelly phoned and patiently talked me through reinstalling app and reseting password so I would say it was a very good experience.

Prompt reply and action to my problem. The agent was friendly and helpful and guided me through the required action that solved my problem very quickly. Have been with this company for a few years and have had no problems with them. Definitely can recommend.

Abroad, you need to know things really are going to work, even if an arctic storm sweeps down upon and ices up the train you're supposed to catch. Which is exactly what happened this time.

So when you're an autistic nervous wreck stuck in a small desert town near Death Valley but need shortly to catch that UK bound flight from L. A., theory must translate into practice pretty pronto.

While I had to pay the taxi driver in cash for the 110 mile trip to Las Vegas, having a debit card and the EasyFX travel money card also available to me turned a near disaster into a pretty pleasant side trip.

No traveller should ever put all their eggs in one basket, so once I arrived in Vegas with a slightly light wallet (usually the case when you leave) having reliable electronic options turned an otherwise tough night at the local airport into a pleasant trip to the Stratosphere Hotel's 1,149 foot high observation deck. My EasyFX card seamlessly paid for taxi, tickets and a toasted sandwich (please note America's using supported contactless payments much more now). It also let me use a Wells Fargo ATM to help me return some weight to my wallet. I made the flight home OK and look forward to using my EasyFX card again.

As the old saying goes, don't leave home without it.

They have made the nerve-wracking process of international money transfers a little less daunting. They were patient and supportive and took time to reassure me about the process. They had someone to help me set up the online portal.
My experience with Easy FX has been just that, easy.

I asked to cancel my EasyFX as I shall not use it again. So far it has been a satisafctory experience.

I had an issue adding a card to my account, and the customer service team were so helpful, and quick at getting my issue sorted.

I thought this would be a lot of problems but it turned out very easy.

The lovely caring polite empathetic young Lady April really cared and helped a great deal.

if there were any questions she told me to contact support by phone.

This has made my life easier for when I go away.

I chose to have an EasyFX account several years ago because their rates of exchange were the best I could find. I had a problem in Australia one time (forgot my PIN I think) and phoned for help - my call was answered immediately and the problem was sorted as I stood at the ATM machine!
I've recently called them and again, the phone was answered very quickly - not a common experience these days. Top marks for customer service, thanks Kelly!

Good card - when working! Needed to transfer money but was completely cut out of my account. Had to jump though loops to prove my identity and still it wouldn't let me back in 'til weeks later. Completely locked out....unacceptable.
If you want an untroubled currency card go elsewhere, as this wasn't the first adverse experience.
I would NEVER use them again.

Had a merchant problem on Christmas day. Contacted customer services on Boxing day, call answered quickly by Kelly who took all details and promised to contact me next day which she did. Problem resolved without stress. Brilliant customer service. Very reassuring to be able to deal with an issue especially on a bank holiday. First class service. Thank you.

I could not have expected any more from a bank, the level of service and attention from the staff was on a personal scale not seen anywhere else since the 70's.
I cannot recommend them enough for their interest, help and understanding of what could have been a otherwise difficult and technical transition.

When all working and not off line for various reasons all is good.On various occasions told card not validated and still takes money from account.Spoke to Kelly Brewster about this.Sent details via E-Mail as requested and nothing after a week.Would not say most reliable company for business involved in.You use them in various countries so as not to attract bank charges.Instead have no money as took out when says declined so charges from use of bank card.
