We're a Youth Charity who have been using VHelp as our expense platform for nearly 2 years now, and it's significantly helped us! It has reduced our workload around managing expenses, making the whole process smooth and easy for us and our young people. The team has been great, especially Randa and Patricia – always ready to help and quick to respond to any of our requests. It's reassuring to know we can reach out to them via phone or email whenever we need anything.

Our young people have commented on how easy the platform is to use, which has made their experience much more positive.

We are a charity and have recently had several meetings where we’ve needed to reimburse volunteer attendees with travel expenses, and without vHelp would have had to spend hours making individual bank transfers. The system is so easy for the volunteers to use and gives us all the evidence we need for our audit trail. So glad we found this product!

Put in a claim 1 month ago and still waiting. first said Pending. Now says In Progress.

So don't believe the glossy marketing. It's targeted at volunteer organizations and of course you are doing it for free so to get expenses back should be hassle free.

Oh and the app is temperamental too.

I love this app, it’s so easy to claim expenses - no paper to hand over, quick snap and it’s done. And payments processed so quickly. Definitely recommend.

Great and fast way to process expenses, simple to use and accessible to volunteers across the spectrum. very good customer service as well, 100% recommend.

The team at vhelp were very patient and friendly helping us get set up on the vhelp system and working with us to troubleshoot any teething issues. It was so refreshing to have some named people to contact rather than relying on webchat! Many of our volunteers never come into the office so to have a system that they can use on the go and is easy for us to approve and ensures that they are out of pocket for a very short time helps us ensure our volunteers can focus on their volunteering! Vhelp does that. As one volunteer reported: ‘Claiming expenses used to be a job in itself that I would put it off. It’s so easy now!’

The vhelp system works well for us and greatly reduces admin involved in paying expenses. Volunteers also get their expenses much quicker than they used to. vhelp have also been very responsive to our suggestions to improve the system.

We have been using this for a couple of months now and it is easy to use software which allows our volunteers to get reimbursed much quicker than if we were to process it through our own systems. This helps us ensure our volunteers are getting their expenses paid on a timely basis, which helps us with volunteer retention. The support team at vHelp are great and get back to you very quickly.

VHelp has made such a difference to our organisation. As a large food redistribution charity we rely on dedicated volunteers to help run the day to day operation. As we were processing large volumes of volunteer expenses daily, VHelp has streamlined this process saving us time and ensuring volunteers are paid promptly. Absolutely brilliant new tool! Reduces admin time considerably, very easy to use and my expenses were dealt with so much quicker. So glad we signed up to this!

I use this app for our school parent association. It's is definitely time saving and stress free! Since we started using it, we easily keep track of all the expenses, allocate them to the event without issue.

Super easy to use when claiming expenses. Would recommend

First came across this product as a vehicle for submitting expense claims. It is very simple to use, reliable and seamless. Very impressed with it.

Excellent app, simple and effective service. Used several times a week for months now and no problems, although I know there are people to contact if there was any.

Ilkley & District Good Neighbours have been using this app to support its Shop & Drop scheme where volunteers support housebound clients with weekly supermarket shopping. vHelp is a great tool for managing the repayment of volunteers direct from the client: a simple one-off registration process for the client and an intuitive app for the volunteers, all overseen by the charity via a web dashboard. We have experienced fantastic support from the vHelp team and we are very happy to recommend vHelp to other organisations looking for a similar solution.

As a charity with volunteers shopping for the elderly and vulnerable, finding an effective way to reimburse volunteers quickly and efficiently has been a real challenge, especially during the pandemic. We were delighted to discover vHelp and it has made our lives so much easier! Support from vHelp has been superb. Yes, there are small tweaks that we would like to see but generally we cannot recommend it highly enough!
