Muy grave lo sucedido. Llevo meses escribiendo para que no se me renueve la suscripción y nadie me quiere confirmar que no se renovará la suscripción, puesto que me voy al extranjero. Tras un mes, escribo en el canal me echan del grupo de Telegram cuando pido ayuda. Son una mafia. También os digo que los menús son una porquería. Las cenas son infumables. Nunca os podreis dar de baja con esta gentuza. Apuntaros aun gim yo saldrá más barato

Please don't buy your tickets through this company.As others have described you first buy your ticket at a good rate but they will then get in touch asking you for more money as rates have increased.At this point you feel annoyed but it's not so much that you want to start again so we paid up.They do reserve your tickets which gives them a real ticket number to send to you but then they void your ticket and keep your money.This means that when you go to the airport to travel ,in our case to our daughter's graduation, you have no tickets.

SCAM!!! Had such unpleasant experience with Via.com. The flight price they published on their site is totally fraud. After payment, I received their email telling me my booking was not confirmed and the airlines had increases fare, I was supposed to pay extra for the difference! It doesn't make any sense for not honouring their published price and consumer had to top up additional!

I used via.com once and you charged me international fees i will not use via.com again

Unprofessional organization. These people have taken the full amount from us against our trip to Singapore, and after canceling the tickets and our tour, only 50 % of the total amount has been credited to our account. We have in writing from their end that we can adjust the balance amount in our future trip, but now, when we ask for it, they are not replying to our calls or emails.

I book my tickets through via app, first my payment got declined then I tried again, it got accepted, after a few minutes I got payment confirmation mail form via. But I didn’t get my ticket yet, so I contacted their customer care team: +91 80-46414141 and got help and I got my ticket in just 15mins, firstly I was scared reading all these bad reviews, but the service was actually very good 👍🏻! Thanks to the via team for making my booking hazel free!

UPDATE: as I said earlier, frauds. Just reply with something irrelevant without giving any proof. Send me the details of what codes were used by me within the said month or what cards I have used.

So if you are redirected to this website, do not waste your time on the site. This is just because they have promo codes such as ICICINB and ICICIVIA which are either "Invalid Voucher or expired" or says that the code has already been used to make a flight booking transaction which is completely incorrect. If you reach out their pathetic customer care, they don't have a clue about customer satisfaction. All that they suggest is to use a different code. Do not transact with them because they are not trustworthy.

The most rubbish company ever lies after lies after lies, almost a year and still not received my full refund absolutely disgusting. Ask to speak to boss and the staff acting like a boss, making the voice sound like a woman voice, who is the boss. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a professional company like this I would never recommend my worst enemy. The rudest staff ever.

Recently, I made a booking for my trip through [platform/company name]. The experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services.

After making the booking I did not receive any tickets. This would be arranged within 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I sent an email. I then received an email back that some information regarding the booking was missing. A bit strange, since I had already filled in all our details. Everything sent via email again. No response again. After I sent another email asking if everything was OK, I received an email back saying that the tickets had become more expensive. I would have to pay a significant amount extra. If approved, they would email me a payment link. I said that I am a lawyer and according to the rules I can now ask for my money back. A few moments later I received an email that they were able to obtain the tickets for the same amount as when booking. Then I received my tickets by email. This allowed me to check in later and sit at the very back. Stupid of me not to read the reviews first. Normally I always do this. Really trust me, do your bookings elsewhere. I find them unreliable.

Do not give them your bank details! After purchasing my tickets I was notified about several unauthorized attempts to pay with my card. I haven't used that card in months and the fraudulent attempts started within an hour after purchasing my tickets.

Besides, they booked my ticket with the wrong information I never filled in when booking, so the ticket is useless to me.

Plus they add an extra charge on top of the price of the ticket just before you hit Pay, you may not even notice it so you overpay and just get tons of problems instead of a holiday.

It’s a fraud company. They charged me money, made me wait for 40 mins, and than send me an email with fare difference. So their strategy is to quote low fare, than make customer wait for some time and than seek more amount in name of fare difference. Height is that after taking 2 calls, they even stopped taking my calls.

Pls avoid using them.

Booked a tour to Gibraltar from Malaga. It was stated that the start would be 10.00. The evening before I get a text, saying that we'll meet at 7.15am the next morning. 3 hours before. Viacom wouldn't give me a refund, stating that it's less than 24 hours before. That's called a Bait and Switch and is illegal. I also immediately cancelled two other tours I had booked with them. Never again.
