viagogo Reviews

4 stars because 10 minutes before the show started I was yet to receive my tickets but it got solved after insisting and talking to customer service.

The seat was great, it was so easy to purchase and viagogo was on point making sure I received the email ticket

I just have problems to obtain the final ticket, until someone of TIcketmaster helped me in my cell phone.

We found our seats relatively easy. The venue was spectacular. We found Atlas flags on every seat. The energy in the stadium was electric. The fans, songs, and the players on the field made it worth going. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The booking process was easy. The service is second to none, and the price was ok for the seats we got.

everything was quick, safe , good

I bought the tickets 6 months before the event and automatically I received them on my Ticketmaster account. I had to contact someone from Viagogo that contacted the vendor. I think this way everybody would buy the tickets in viagogo without a doubt. The fact that sometimes it is noted that the tickets will be received on the day of the event makes us think it's a fraud, and that the vendor doesn't actually have the tickets. I would suggest that once you buy the tickets, you received them on Ticketmaster, this way viagogo guarantees that the vendor is actually legit. But I had the best concert of my life thanks to viagogo because tickets were already sold out so thank you so much!

I got my tickets on time
