Pls dont purchase any items ..i ordered a wall clock and fate of that clock is bad ..it came as damaged product ..Sent mail whatsapp ,no reponse ...ask us to send images then no reponse..refund policy is no way related to what tehy mentioned in site ...i ordered another buddha ..i still didnt open ..Very poor service ..i dont know whether any human being is available there also ....

We paid in full for a painting after…
We paid in full for a painting after clearly explaining to the sales team that we would be flying overseas and that no one would be home for two years. Because of this, the delivery date was critical. We were explicitly promised delivery by 21/12/2025.
It is now 24/12/2025, and the painting still hasn’t arrived. Sales has passed the issue to customer service, who have not responded at all.
Taking full payment upfront, missing a confirmed delivery deadline, and then going completely silent is unacceptable. This experience has caused significant stress and inconvenience, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication. Don’t recommend this place.

Please dont buy from Vibecraft
Please dont buy from Vibecraft. They deliver waste and second quality products with damages. We think there will be supporting with calls ,returns and refund. Believe me they dont even lift the phone and whatsapp they will deliver system generated messages. Please dont waste money seeing exotic pics they share in the website. I am the victim and i see many victims of vibecraft..similar way.

Pls do not purchase any item from this site, I complain within 12 hours to return and aks to refund my amount. But thet still not follow their policy after 15 days. I daily follow up, but not get solution.
