Where do I start. Cheap material, took ages to arrive and it is way to big. Avoid this shop. This jacket would seriously be to big for an elephant without a joke. Made in China never seen someone this big from China seriously.

If I could rate in the negative that would still be to good! The claims on their website that they pride themselves on the quality of their products is a blatant lie. The size guide is in effective and so inaccurate that you have no hope of getting the correct size sent to you. I had to prove the item was two sizes too small for them to even consider my request for a refund. I followed the size guide and to be sure I even went up a size. Along with the fact of poor quality their only resolution to me was that I could keep the item and they would only offer me a 70% refund. Through no fault of my own I was now out of pocket and stuck with an item that I will most definitely burn. They have quite a scam going on making 30% on every sale they make because I have no doubt every person who deals with this company would be requesting a refund. Do not buy from this so called shop

BUYER BEWARE

Beware of purchasing from vibehoodie. They stated that I had ordered a shirt in a size s instead of xl .when I queried this I was told I could change the size for an extra $10. The link They sent me charged $14.99. I asked to cancel my order and refund the payment. I've received an email stating that the shirt had already been posted so they couldn't refund the money but have offered me %50 of the price of the shirt in the correct size

Vibe Hoodie customer service and refund/exchange policy is absolutely not acceptable and all I can say is I am very disappointed. These T-shirts were gifts, came in huge in size, not great quality for the price and when asking to exchange for a smaller size, was made to take photos of the item with a tape measure from them to tell you no exchanges.

The sizes are huge compared to other stores. How can you explain that a person who is a 3 XL in other stores across the world is a medium in their stock?

And to top it all off, they insulted me by offering a great deal of $30.00 to purchase another size . You wont be ripping me off again and I definitely will not be recommending you to anyone I know.

Your are expensive, and supposedly custom made and your exchange policy is a joke !

Not impressed. Horrible material, and im sure they advertise material as linen. way to a small sizing. I'm a 18, ordered 4xl to be nice and roomy, only just fits. Material ready to rip at stitching on both arms. No care instructions or even what material it is and where it was made. Bought especially for vegas season opener. Will not be recommending to the thousands of people I'll see in Vegas!!

I spent 600 aus dollars on x6 hoodies an had them turn up too big stitching coming undone itchy flakes inside an the material wont keep you warm it's sub standard material no elastic bands in the sleeves or waist an made is China speaks volumes for the quality of a 80-100USD product I just thought being a US an paying in US it would be made in the USA , they emailed me for why I was disappointed but was too much to say over email so I left my number to call an I got a short an sweet reply saying they're too busy to ring a customer because they're busy with other people about to go through the same exp i did an all i asked was put in your website that the hoodies are Made in China so there's no confusion an got no reply about it an is why im here leaving reviews everywhere so no one else goes through what I went through buying hoodies for my sons funeral lucky i didnt buy the 100 i was going to buy they have my email an phone number ..... I strongly advise anyone looking at this site DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Be aware! No exchange or returns!
We all know it’s a 50:50 chance when using a company’s size chart. I very carefully measured myself and chose the corresponding size from the Vibe Hoodie size chart. The shirt does not fit. I emailed them to ask how I can exchange and was told it’s not possible to exchange even if i pay for postage. Instead they give a $40 credit against a product that was $69 plus postage (total $84.99).
Product is OK but whole shirt is printed on the outside so not sure how long out will last. Material is quite stiff, not soft like picture

Terrible customer service. Terrible sizing. Will not exchange or refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.

Misleading advertising, terrible quality, even worse customer service. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told "that I should not impulse buy based on my emotions". WTAF 🤬

Can't even access the site.
Says due to DDOS fears please turn off VPN. Done that, cleared cache, even changed from wifi to data all whilst the VPN was off, and still the same message.

Purchased a doona set as a Christmas gift. The quality of the material is awful and the print of the design blurred. Was reasonably pricey so expecting something actually useable.

Terrible quality, bad sizing and the colours are way off. Looks so cheap- it's now in the bin!
Don't waste your money and order elsewhere!

The website portrays itself as an Australian indigenous owned shop but it's nothing of the sort. Products are nowhere near Australian standard sizing, all products are shipped from China with 3-4 week delivery times.
The clothing arrives with either no label/tag at all or if you're lucky there will be a tag (written in Chinese) with only a size (Not even close to Australian standard) on it. The prices are average for an Australian based company but are extremely excessive for products out of a Chinese sweat shop.

Order not delivered, lots is communication telling me I’m not home when it’s tried to be delivered which is not true! Lies and more lies!! Luckily my bank recovered the money!! Do not use this company and spread the word it’s a big scam!!

Package does not get delivered, i tried to contact the shop and the carrier but with no result. Via tracking it showed 1 attempt to deliver on a sunday when i was out, after that it said “ wrong adress “ and then “ back to DS”…. The shop sent me an email that the package was dropped of at the nearest post office, i we t there but it’s not there. Very dissapointed as it was a Christmas gift i ordered a month ago.
Update: the shop contacted me and assured me they sorred it out with the delivery service and it will be delivered soon and the compensated me with a partial refund for the inconveiniance because it was not in time for Christmas… but i’m happy with this solution.

Did not receive my parcel. Sent me two consignment notes - one shows as delivered on the 15/12/23 but not to me have no idea where it is?? The other consignment note just shows in transit???
Have tried to call the phone number for Vibehoodie.com but number is disconnected- red flag indeed …sent various emails and get no feedback…. The ok my money for two shirts but no delivery 🚚 be sad customer who gir scammed 😡😡

Not sure of business. Contact number is disconnected. Warehouse is a normal street address. Still waiting on info for purchase 2 weeks ago. No ABN for business located. This is illegal.

Quality was absolutely terrible and they are all counterfeit products.
