This company is not worth buying anythink I bought shoes size 5. When they arrived late they were like a size 3 The shoes cost 25 to return them 21 pounds awful Dont buy anythink

The dress took over a month to arrive and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. The dress was such a poor quality that I couldn’t even wear it anywhere. Absolutely shocking quality and service for something that cost £70. Return procedures are not clear at all and I do not even know if I’ll get my money back as no one answer the phone or emails.

After receiving my dress (if you can call it that, more like a shower curtain!) I complained and received this response via email..

Please do not buy from this company the dress i ordered did nit match their website measurements. Sent photos as asked to prove measurements. Material is vile nothing like their Ai photos. A continuous repeated customer service response. Saying when I brought the product I signed up to their returns policy. No I didn't my parcel had a Londons return address. Not China. Which is extortionate to send back. A total rip off company and needs investigating to Trading Standards. If you like to wear clothes that are mis sold. This is the company for you. So please make sure you are not planning on a return because you will get offered a small percentage and keep your item or send it back which costs half the item Ive never in my whole life come across a company so bad. Every company wants to make money these days especially but to miss sell and put 30 days return and send you a repeated email is disgusting. DEFINITELY NO STARS FOR ME.

Appalling company. Bought £70 dress, took almost 40 days to arrive. Cannot get refund. Customers services just robot not responding to emails. Customer service phone number cuts off after 2 rings. Conned and left very out of pocket. Scam. Do not use

I bought a blue navy woolen cardigan...took a while to come, when it came, too small for me. I contacted their customer support to ask how to process. Their website does say we have 30 days to return and get a refund. They keep sending me the same reply , they are asking me to take a photo of the cardigan and to measure it! And I now notice there is no label attached to the cardigan, no washing instructiin, no size, no name.... A complete scam, stay awy

DO NOT buy from this site. I ordered a dress which arrived a month after ordering, felt like wearing a plastic table cloth and was unrecognisable from the dress I actually thought I was ordering - absolute con - Chinese rubbish

I brought 2 dresses want to return email after email they eventually gave me an address at my own cost to return, I’ll probably never see my £100 again I paid for these dresses.Dont order from them.

Do not purchase and waste your time and money. My dress was nothing like the picture and description. It was cheap and poorly made and absolutely disgusting.

Avoid this company at all costs, the dresses they sent are so poorly made with several manufacturing faults. They took weeks to arrive and upon grappling with their customer service team they are refusing to take responsibility for defective items. Instead they tried to barter with me to offer a 40% partial refund and keep the dresses, I said no. They then increased their offer to 50% somehow thinking this is some kind of negotiation?? Meanwhile they said the other option is to cover the costs of shipping it back to CHINA - no where does it state this on their website or returns policy. Shipping and customs would cost double what the dresses were worth. When you sell defective clothing as a company you take responsibility. They have some phoney Swedish address on their website to disguise as some kind of fancy European clothing brand when the dresses are drop shipped from Ali Express. It's borderline criminal what they are doing and I'm now £120 down with two defective dresses that will go in the trash!

Awful customer service, don’t include anything in their description. It is drop shipped from Ali express and takes weeks to come and they don’t refund. Do not buy from here. The reviews are fake generated. Awful

Daughter bought a dress, it arrived as a 2 piece, not the same at all. Can't contact them on phone and via email you just get "please return to China"!
The return address is a well known dodgy returns warehouse in China if you google it.
We spent £15 returning the product and have heard nothing. Bye bye £85 ! Disgraceful company, moonlighting as a European company. STAY WELL CLEAR.

PLEASE don't buy from here the quality is beyond shocking and you can only return items to CHINA at your own cost (approx £40 for 2 dresses) just dont make the same mistake we did - dont let the English looking website fool you or the other reviews on here they are AI generated

I made a purchase last month, but the package disappeared and never arrived. I was terrified because I've been ripped off before, so I wrote to customer service and got a reply within 20 minutes. It turned out that it hadn't been sent due to a stock discrepancy. I was a little annoyed, but they offered to exchange the item and give me a 20% discount on my next purchase, so I placed another order and it arrived within 4 days, which made me extremely happy.
