Used to be a great company fair odds, weekly bet club but however since migrating to the new platform it has been horrendous very low odds compared to competitors no more bet clubs, and customer service is poor sent a live chat left unread for days and never had a response, had no choice but to move to a competitor now as odds are shocking and nothing to reward loyal customers anymore.

This used to be a good company to do business with, but since changing to a new platform on July 20th it's become a nightmare.
I'm now unable to access their site, getting told ''access denied''. The customer service is no help at all, and that's if they bother to reply to you.
I have asked them to forward my outstanding balance to the card used for depositing but so far nothing.
They are behaving like criminals and I will be taking further action to get my monies.
PLEASE do yourself a favour and avoid this so called company.
They now appear to be thieving scammers.

Absolute scam. Signed up with the promise of a bonus bet which they never provided then was given 50 free spins instead. On these, I won £7.45 which I was happy with however they then said I needed to wager another £372.5 before they would let me withdraw this because it was a bonus. I have submitted a subject access request and will be filing a complaint with the ASA and gambling commission

Now part out of scam company that uses horrendous software, has poor odds, barely works on a phone and charges £1 to withdraw.... site sold to the highest bidder money withdrawn and will avoid

Spent a fiver on a game won 100 pound and then never got my withdrawal of 90 pounds closed my account gave me the stake back and then ignored all my emails and complaints u call them they just say can’t do anything with the compliance team and can’t get hold of them other then emails rubbish company avoid don’t know how they are licensed

Worst site i have ever been on first deposit i won nothing and i mean not even 1 win and the bonus games are no where to be seen. So i go ahead and put more money on oh and what a surprise no win again this site should be shut down SCAMMING T****. I can honestly say i will never be playing this site again but what do they care when all they are doing is ROBBING PEOPLE!!!!

Like many companies you cannot contact them with a query. NO PHONE, NO EMAIL. NO CHAT.
This make's contacting customer support impossible.
Other than this I like Vickers, I only gave 1 star in the hope they might reply to me.

Logic dictates that reviews for betting sites are only rated when things go wrong. This is one such occasion.
There is no live chat assistance - everything has to be addressed by email. Unfortunately the customer service do not write/understand English. I have just endured a bewildering encounter with a 'johann' who appears to be using a bad version of Google translate. The translation is nonsensical.
I am none the wiser as to why Vickers are (possibly - this is a guess) requesting further verification when my account has been operating for years. Usually when a password has been input incorrectly it is possible to reset - but not with Vickers. I shall attempt again tomorrow when hopefully I will access a fluent English speaker.
Update: Advice to punters: Use the telephone and phone during working hours. The issue was resolved instantly by a helpful customer service operative. I would recommend that Vickers look into their after hours support though....

Worst company I've every had the unfortunate not by choice to have do work was supposed to replace rotten woodwork and rectify loose tile and reroute a drain pipe had scaffolding put up 3 weeks later turned up while I was away on holiday the 2 cowboys that came our covered part of the rotten woodwork with plastic facia board and left after several complaints to thirteen housing and vickers they agreed to come and do the job properly turned up 2 weeks later looked up at the job and disappeared stay well clear of this company. after a lot of hassle I contacted 13 complaints dept and a very helpful lady got everything sorted out for me in no time shame it had to come to that but vickers then did a good job

If you don't send in 3 months of wage slips, bank statements and basically your entire financial history, they will close your account.

Pray you don't have any funds in there when they do.

in with in hours its gambling only bet what you can afford i give them 5 out of 5

I highly recommend. BOG-but only after 9am. Quick repayment-a couple of hours. Free £5 bet each week No bet restrictions.

Sadly they closed me down as I was unwilling to send them private information about my bank. Apparently some people do send very private information to bookies-more fool them!

Very unusual situation. Came across them at Thirsk races, opened an account & it got suspended before I’d even placed a bet. They told me that it was a ‘business decision’. No idea what that means but I’m concerned about the security.

Absolute ripoff company I joined a few days ago they've had thousands from me already I've banked nothing the games are full of dead spins and if you do win if you up the stake you lose even more you've lost my custom you fraudsters

Suspended me after l won some money am now waiting for a payment but they don't answer emails scam site.well if threatening is asking for my money back, yes l did and l won't let it go that you still owe me 2 hundred quid you scammers.

How do i contact you, i need to know where my free bet is, email was returned cant see a phone number

Promoted £10 free bet for a race which I took and then changed it to another race later. They then refused to honour the free bet. I can image I was not the only person to get conned by this. Gold Cup day at Cheltenham 1.30 was the race and then they moved it to 3.30 race

Suspended my account without any notice, no live chat, money is still in account, sent email no reply in 3 days so far, don’t know what too do

Worst bookmakers ever.. every bet is too high max stake £20 mark.. and so hard to put bets on .. disgrce close this site
