In the end I didnt purchase or sell a property through Vickery, but i was on their mailing list and they did contact me about a couple of properties. Ryan struck the right balance between keeping me informed about properties and asking how my sale / search was going without feeling like I was being harassed. I'd consider using their services in the future

Fantastic support and service from Lewis at the Camberley branch from start to finish. Although the process turned out to be far more complicated than I had initially hoped, Lewis handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout.

What really stood out was his attention to detail, thorough due diligence, and the consistent communication at every stage. The regular updates and touch points made a stressful situation much easier to manage and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and Lewis was always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
