Excellent service
Tip-top service noting that Tom was super knowledgeable, very efficient and great to deal with. I was advised the report would take a week and it was issued a day later. Great report to with tonnes of data an lots of very easy to interpret graphics. I look forward to returning to the practice. Highly recommended.

I had a really positive experience in…
I had a really positive experience in your Clonsilla branch. I had a deep dive on the 2nd January expecting to wait longer for the results considering the time of year but I had my full results within 3 days. Tom carried out all of my tests and was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. I have very weak veins and it can often be difficult to draw blood but he got it first try without any pain. I would recommend anyone to get this service to find out what it going on in your body. I had no symptoms yet there was a few areas that were flagged, and I am so grateful to be aware of these.

Very simple and efficient process. Appointment happened exactly on time. The medical professional managing the test was very friendly and provided a clear and simple description of what to expect. Test results arrived within two days. Excellent.

Tom's the man.

TOM didn't just stick me and hope for the best he took his time to make sure each time he tried he felt he had a good chance he got me 3rd time my local GP couldn't get it. so too say I'm relieved is an understatement well done Tom Leitrims finest👏

Good report but unprofessional procedure
Report was good with details. Unfortunately the person collected blood sample did holes on both hands but still couldn't find vain. Then realized should be using a thinner needle. Painful procedure, left unnecessary big red marks on both elbows for days. Unprofessional.

Additionally, there are instances where taking blood from one arm may be more challenging than the other, and this decision is made to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient. While we strive to make the procedure as smooth as possible, it’s worth noting that bruising can occur, as this varies from person to person based on individual factors.
