I have been using Vidrate for a while now and absolutely love them. However when my last subscription order was placed it stated 3-5 working days for them to be delivered. They weren’t shipped until 5 working days after the order was placed. I emailed customer services about this and they explained the 4 day bank holiday being the reason, I stated nicely that an update in communication would’ve been beneficial for this and to allow extra time for shipping and delivery. They took my feedback on board and very kindly gifted me some free sachets for the inconvenience, the customer services team were super helpful and 100% understanding of the situation.
I still wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them and I will be continuing my subscription with them.

Taste: This is possibly the most important thing as if you can't stomach the stevia and the overly sweet taste of it then there's no point. They all taste the same (of stevia).

Effectiveness: I still got leg cramps so are they actually effective?

The service: They arrived in good condition but as I didn't like the taste I tried to cancel. It took me 15 times on the website to try and cancel and I have to cancel my subscription via paypal. They really shouldn't be allowed to lock people into giving them money in perpetuity.

I ordered this product because I required rehydration salts for an illness where I was becoming dehydrated. But by the time the product arrived so much time had elapsed I had actually recovered and didn't need the product anymore.

My main gripe is that the shipping cost was excessive and out of proportion to the shipping service provided. The total value of my order was £5.00. The shipping cost was £7.98. Think about this. 61.5% of the order was the shipping cost. It's not unreasonable for a customer to expect an expedited shipping service when paying nearly £8 for a £5 product. Not at all. I ordered Sunday 5th April, they didn't even bother sending it until Thursday 9th April. The package, when it finally arrived, came as a large letter weighing less THAN 300g (weight on shipping label) and I know for a fact the actual price of this service is £2.85 because I also use Royal Mail 48 regularly.

All the profit of this product is loaded into the shipping cost. Purchase 2 items? You'll just pay 2 x the shipping cost. No discount, even though they're sent in the same package. It's a joke!

This is actually quite clever, because although you can return the product for a refund, their T&Cs state that you have to return the product at your expense in order to receive a refund. But as most of the order cost is shipping which is a cost of sale, the maximum refund they will offer me is £5.00, so using the shipping costs stated above it will actually cost me 55% of the amount of my refund to return the item which makes NO financial sense. I'd make more money keeping the products and sticking them on eBay!

Jo at Vidrate was very helpful after Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong building. They are kindly sending me a replacement package so I don’t lose out on my monthly subscription!

Really enjoying vidrate which helps me to increase my water consumption. Not overly expensive compared to other similar products and variety of flavours keeps it interesting, along with having the caffeinated and magnesium options. I’ve always got some in my bag!

I love that every flavour of the electrolytes tastes quite natural, so far these are my favourite mixes.
I am subscribed to the delivery and it is very convenient and the price deal is great with subscription.
Also, if any issues occur, the team answers fast, help with resolving and all communication is kind and friendly.

I ordered from Vidrate but my parcel (unbeknownst to myself or Vidrate) had been requested to not be delivered and was put on hold at my local post office. I contacted Vidrate after a few days to allow time to be delivered and let them know what had happened and they were beyond helpful, sent me out a replacement parcel which was delivered the next day following our communication. Couldn’t be more thankful for how quickly they resolved the matter.

Love this company, I’ve tried many if the brands this one is the best, not salty, no after taste just delicious. Customer service has been exceptional.

First time user so didn't know what to expect. All different flavours for different uses, so I went through them a day at a time. Also had one added to my water bottle when going to the gym for hydration. Took the booster one when out walking. So far so good, not that keen on the Tropical flavours, so will skip that one when reordering.

The customer service recieved by this company have been amazing. We have a new postman and he accidently posted my parcel into my neighbours door. Normally not a problem, however this particular neighbour had just gone away for 3 months. 🤦‍♀️

Emailed the company and Jo came back to me the next day and advised they was sending out another parcel as a gesture of goodwill. Amazing customer service.

The products taste so lovely, no salty taste just feels like your drinking pop. Love these little pick me ups. And with customer service like that, I will most definitely keep coming back for more.

The vidrates have helped my mother stay hydrated and absorb the water better. Without electrolytes, she was continuously going to the loo. Highly recommend to anyone struggling to keep their water in and letting it absorb in. Best way to keep hydrated and on the go.

I was suffering with a benign irregular heartbeat/palpitation issue for a few months last year and read that an electrolyte imbalance can sometimes cause this, even though I drink 3-4L of water a day. I bought a mixed pack from Boots to try these & loved the flavours and the fact they're not salty!

I then decided to subscribe via the website directly and haven't looked back. My palpitations also went away after a few weeks of just having 1 sachet a day! I've got all my friends on them as well now - they're also perfect before or after a night out. Would highly recommend, it's also pretty affordable compared to some other electrolyte brands :)

Bought the free trial, loved it, so now subscribed. Good customer service. I used to drink a bottle of water a month probably. Now I drink one every day with these sachets. Not sickly or gritty.
