We purchased and installed the VIGO Elan series showers doors in our new home. The fit, finish and operation of the doors is excellent. In our case, the builder's subcontractor neglected to install the thresholds. I contacted VIGO for replacement parts. The response was timely and the parts were quickly dispatched. I would highly recommend VIGO products.
Vigo Ryland sliding shower door
I recently installed the Vigo Ryland shower door, and it looks incredible while working flawlessly. I did run into a minor issue with the top roller, so I reached out to Vigo’s customer support team. They responded promptly, gathered the necessary details, and provided a solution within a couple of days. They confirmed the top roller needed replacement and shipped a new one right away.
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and deliver such excellent customer service.
I’m currently renovating two more bathrooms and will definitely be sticking with Vigo, knowing I can rely on their quality and support.

It is rare for me to take the time to comment on the service provided by a company. However, I purchased VIGO faucets for my kitchen, and I absolutely love them.

I had an issue with my pop up drain and I couldn’t find the part. I called Vigo, spoke with Ron, he was able to do a video call to see the issue. He ordered the part for me, when I would have needed to replace the drain at a higher cost. He was polite and understanding. I have never had a bad experience with Vigo products or calling customer service. Quality products.
VIGO shower system failure...

Great Design Upgrade That Actually Feels High-End
I recently installed the VIGO Amada faucet and it completely changed the look of my bathroom. The design is super clean and modern, and the open waterfall spout gives it a really nice high-end feel without being over the top.
Water flow is smooth and doesn’t splash like I expected, and the single handle is easy to use. Installation was pretty straightforward, and the build quality feels solid.
Overall, it’s one of those upgrades that makes a big difference right away. Really happy with it.

I called Vigo technical support line for help in finding the right replacement part. I didn’t have the original invoice or the model number of the faucet, since they told me it was discontinued two years ago. Vigo replaced my sprayer for free. wow. i was a huge surprise I just want to thanks Vigo team for the excellent service. Thank you you definitely will have a lifetime client

Excellent Warranty Coverage and customer service
We had issues with our faucet handle starting to show signs of corrosion and paint chipping where the handle threads onto a set screw. We had installed this faucet about three years ago and sent an inquiry to Vigo about whether there were touchup paint products or what might be recommended to help remedy this issue. They asked for some photos and the original purchase receipt. Once they saw the issue they quickly shipped a replacement part to us at no cost that arrived in less than three or four days. thankfully the part was easy to replace and install. Excellent customer service and warranty coverage of their product.
Warranty claims made so easy, I'll buy again!
I've had to do a warranty claim twice in the 16 years since my bathroom was remodeled. Once just a few days ago and once a few years ago. And in both times I couldnt be happier with the experience. The representatives were both professional, courteous and most importantly they had the authorization to go ahead and issue my replacement right then and there. Empowered c/s reps make a difference. No hassle or delays waiting for approvals. I received my replacements in less than 4 days. I will buy Vigo products again because of this experience.

Disappointing
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The thread on the handle of my sink completely stripped. I requested a replacement part that falls under warranty back in June. After waiting months, the part I finally received was the wrong color. What followed was nonstop back-and-forth with customer service, with very little guidance or real solutions. I was eventually told that the correct color no longer exists and that they cannot replace the part, despite the issue clearly falling under warranty. The only solution was to refund me the amount I paid for the replacement, which I still have yet to receive.
After 7 months of delays, I’m now left with a faucet that cannot be properly repaired and I will have to replace the entire thing. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on how warranty issues are handled.
I’m a residential contractor
I’m a residential contractor, and this review reflects my experience dealing with VIGO Industries’ warranty support — not the aesthetics of the product.
The issue involved a brand-new faucet installed in a newly completed home. Immediately upon occupancy, the homeowner experienced low water flow. The installing plumbing contractor diagnosed the problem as a clogged or damaged cartridge — a very common occurrence in new construction.
What should have been a simple replacement-part request turned into a prolonged and frustrating process. Despite providing the model number, invoice, vendor documentation, and a clear professional diagnosis, VIGO repeatedly insisted on:
A video demonstration
Serial numbers that do not exist on the invoice
Disassembly of a newly installed faucet using specialty tools, at the customer’s expense
This approach is impractical for homeowners and contractors alike. Removing a cartridge requires a service call that can easily exceed the cost of the replacement part itself, especially when the failure occurs immediately after installation.
Ultimately, my plumbing supplier replaced the entire faucet and is handling the warranty directly with VIGO — which resolved the issue, but only because the vendor stepped in.
My concern is not that issues happen — they do with any manufacturer. My concern is that VIGO’s warranty process appears designed to create friction rather than resolution.
Based on this experience, I would hesitate to specify VIGO products again for custom residential construction, simply because I cannot confidently place my clients into a warranty process like this.
I hope VIGO takes this feedback seriously and improves support for contractors and homeowners.

Jeg bliver forskrækket og forvirret - man går altså ikke bare ind i andres hjem!
Først flere minutter senere kommer hun tilbage og undskylder med forklaringen om, at hun “ikke ville lade varerne stå udenfor”. Uacceptabel opførsel og en meget dårlig undskyldning.

I joined last month for the EDI support role Oct 6th (Remote-India). During the time of interview they mentioned they were looking out for the tech support exp with ticketing knowledge. After joining I came to knew that the entire process flow is irrelevant to my profile. I dont hav exp in EDI. Manager Jason franzo is very arrogant. Without any notice he terminated me. I was on sick leave 1day. People from india please do not join this firm. They will hire you and fire you anytime. No proper training or guidance will be provided. After 2weeks the manager will start pointing you out even though if you work hard he will treat you like you havent done anything. Worst exp. They will give you false hope stating they will follow all the protocols. Salary will not be paid on time. No month end payment . USD to INR conversion. This company completely destroyed my entire career. Never recommended
Warranty avoidance
Vigo Industries refuses to honor their warranties. I purchased a faucet that had an internal valve failure and they do not respond to emails.
Would not replace a wrong/damaged part
I was sent a frameless shower door from Vigo which I ordered from Home Depot in which the rail that the door was mounted on was too short. I asked for a replacement but they refused. Their excuse was that the end had been cut off but that happened before I received it. I had to order and pay for a new rail. Home Depot was great but VIGO customer service was useless.
