Viking Garden Buildings Reviews

From initial enquiry to delivery and construction Viking were brilliant. They even accommodated some changes for me that aren't listed on the website. I have used them before and the products are great and last for years.

I would highly recommend Viking Garden Buildings for their excellent service, the initial installation and after service.
We had an issue with the building well over a year from purchase which turned out to be an external factor and not the building itself they were very helpful in recommending a successful solution.

The service was excellent! The staff were very informative and knowledgeable about the products and they were very friendly.

On visiting viking gardens building, we were met by the sales personel who were very profesional and honest, Quick to respond to our needs, described what we had selected and showed examples on the PC screen allowing us to get a good feel on the shed we were ordering. Showed us arround the sheds already built to get a good idea on what we expected. Delivery was great driver and pasenger were profesionel and helpful. Pleased with all. Thank you.

Went for the soft ground base option with the large steel legs that support the shed due to their large design.
Basically the shed was mounted on tiny little legs on top of broken parts of slabs which has all moved in the 2 weeks I’ve had the shed.
Also the base was covered in bird muck which I’ve had to clean off.
Lovely smiley sales and then blah

I recently used Viking Garden Buildings for a new shed, and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation, the staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through each step without pressure. Despite heavy rain on the installation day, the team remained cheerful and accommodating, even making last-minute adjustments. The service was efficient, with the garden left clean and tidy. Whether you're buying for personal use or a charity, their professionalism is commendable. Viking Garden Buildings is a reliable choice, and I would certainly consider them again for future needs. 4 stars!

fantastic job done by the boys when it came to the fitting , the lady in the office who sorted me out was very helpful nothing too much trouble , also phoned me up checking everything was ok when it was about two weeks later , i would definitely recommend this company to others wanting a shed ,

They were very professional customer service was great.
The real credit goes to the fitters they were very fast they arrived early at 9am.
& then worked flat out until the job was done i made sure they were stocked up on tea & biscuits as the day was very cold.
3 hours the big shed was up.
I highly recommend this company definitely worth the money.
Viking are complete professionals from the very beginning of the project to the very end.
They turn up crack on with the job despite the horrible weather none stop in record time.
If you want a shed built like a tank in record time then these are the guys to call.
If I need another shed I'll definitely be going with viking again without even thinking about it.
That's how good they are trust me.

Great Service and Prompt Delivery.

I have purchased before from Viking for a previous property. The sheds are well made, and you can easily pick the type and size from their web site, or give them a call. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I emailed photographs of where the shed was to go, along with access to the garden and driveway to ensure the fitters would have a clear understanding for the day of installation.
From my initial telephone call to the day of delivery I was kept informed of progress, with a telephone call on the day to say they were approximately 40 minutes away.
The two fitters did an excellent job, they were polite, helpful and friendly, and gave me plenty of time when the base was installed in case I needed the shed re positioned.

Good quality product. Freindly and efficient ordering service. Fitters were quick, organised and efficient. Highly recommended

Viking have been most professional right from our first visit to their showroom through to delivery and installation.
Initial discussions allowed us to decide on a style of building suitable for our needs, then further impartial advice was given on the options and customisations available.
We opted for delivery and erection of the building, the fitters that came out were skilled, friendly, polite and professional.
My advice to potential buyers is not to skimp on preparation of your base, If you are local to Stafford, Viking can advise on some great companies to prepare the ground if necessary.

Great products and service from Viking Garden Buildings. Would not buy a shed from anywhere else.

Viking Garden Buildings are an exceptional company to deal with, from my first enquiry, to my completed fitted shed. They have been outstanding.
If you require a good quality fully fitted shed then look no further. I have no hesitation in recommending Viking.

Eve took our initial query, she showed us the buildings on site and helped us work out what we needed. Ordering and paying was simple. Delivery was prompt, the guys were super friendly and built it in no time. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you.

The company were very alive to our requirements and were more than happy to provide quotes for various shed specifications. We were kept up to date with our order and when the guys came to assemble the shed they were very pleasant and efficient.
The shed itself seems to be very robust and my only slight criticism is that one of the doors does not stay open on its own.

I used Viking Sheds many years ago and decided recently to use them again for a new garden shed, base and fitting. Viking sheds could not have made it easier! From the first visit to decide on a style the young lady was very helpful and made it less hassle by taking it stage by stage. She was sincere, knowledgeable and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a purchase. With the help of my daughter and the assistant I purchased a shed, base with fitting. When it came to the day of fitting the shed it was a terrible wet day! My shed arrived with prior notice which was helpful as I was not living at the property at the time. The two gentlemen were exceptional. Despite the heavy rain they were very cheery. The weather definitely hadn’t dampened their spirits!! Then on the last minute of the base being put down I had a change of mind to the positioning. I was accommodated without any hesitation despite the rain still pelting down!! I must praise them both and thank them for their service and helpfulness. A credit to Viking Sheds! 100% customer satisfaction! When in years to come I happen to need another shed I know Viking Sheds will be the first place to go!! Thank you to all the staff.

Good service, building fine, excellent installers.

Very happy with the service, quality and customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Punctual delivery. Quick and efficient erecting of the shed. Quality materials. Polite professional workmen. Couldn’t fault them.
