Great customer service
Great customer service.
Kept in touch all the way through.
From despatch to delivery date.
I knew that I was working with a reputable company and didn't feel anxious at any time that I had handed over funds where I wasn't going to get a return for it.
My product came in under a week.
Which was awesome because it was a present 🎁
They love it by the way.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in getting something.
I'm thinking of my next purchase already.
Maybe something for myself this time

Absolutely awesome.
Service once again was prompt. Item was packed well. The chefs axe was a dream come true. Well made, well designed. But these things I feel should come in pairs. So an order for another will be incoming. Very soon. SKOL.

Skal Ellie! We're so pleased your clan enjoyed their bounty and we hope that many memories are made with your items!
Item is as described just arrived damaged
Sadly the item I ordered arrived slightly damaged. I had purchased it for a gift and had was disappointed with how the item arrived packaged. It was loosely placed in a box - not sure if the item was damaged before it was dispatch or if it happened in transit. I emailed customer service to let them know what had happened…. I am yet to get a response.
Other that than the damaged item and the no response from the customer service team I was
happy with the item - just a let down that it arrived damaged.

Great purchase
Fantastic product, I love the colour scheme it has going from bone pearl white at the top and going to black at the bottom.
The holder is nicely curled in the forge and looks great
Very quick postage and even came with a bar of bees wax

A symbol of power in the kitchen
I bought one for my brother's birthday, and he loves it. Delivery was smooth, and it arrived early, which was a nice surprise.
The axe itself is sturdy and well-crafted. So far, the blade cuts beautifully as a cleaver and doubles as a symbol of power in his kitchen.
