Viking Trinkets Reviews

I've recently purchased items from Viking Trinkets as a gift, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience!
The pieces arrived securely and on schedule, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail!
My boyfriend is extremely pleased with the quality: I highly recommend Viking Trinkets to anyone looking for unique and well-crafted pieces!

Great customer service and the pendants have good weight.

On July 19th I placed an order on your website on the 20th of July I got a email to say the order that I placed was despatched and it was on its way since the 20th of July I haven't had anything yet and I haven't had any updates on the order that I placed

My account had the wrong address on it and their amazing customer service reps were able to fix it. They also got back to every single one of my emails and questions. My items are still enroute but I am so happy with this company already and know I won't be disappointed with the products! I can't wait to order more in the future!

The customer service department was a joy to work with. My bracelet had a broken link and all I had to do was take a photo of the bracelet. Within a week or two I was sent a new one. I highly recommend Viking Trinkets for their style and quality.

This is a Father's Day present and I know he is going to love it. The quality, the design and the over all look is magnificent.

Great price and great quality, the customer service team is also very responsive and delivery was quick.

So many things done well by Viking Trinkets. Their website was easy to navigate. The products were well designed and were certainly a fair price. After finding what I wanted, the order process was very smooth. After a week, I posted a question as to the status of my order. Almost immediately, a polite reply stating that this was an overseas order and they usually take longer, then provided shipping information. Also, asked me to let them know when it arrived and how I liked the product. Genuinely care what their customers think. I received my ring two days later and it was great.

The Viking Bracelet was a birthday present for my Grandson. He absolutely loves it. It is great craftmanship, looks amazing and very good value for money. He will keep it forever and it is a very special gift. The service, quality and finished product is an incredible professional service. Great company to buy from. Thanks.

I wasn’t used to international shipping so I thought that my order was lost but I did get it! It’s beautiful and we love the ring! This was my husbands ring and he loves it!

Products I bought came on time and were high quality, especially for the price! I bought items mainly for my nephew's upcoming birthday but also got a couple of rings for myself and a bracelet. Definitely will be back!

Just what I expected!! 👌🏻
I’m happy with my purchase, highly recommend..

You can easily find the same item on Aliexpress, spending less than 2-3min with 99% cheaper price. I'd only use this site as potentially finding what you want and then buying it on AliExpress seriously.

I ordered an item and waited ten days. When I had not received a shipping notification, I contacted customer support and was told that “the system error” had caused my order to be cancelled. They offered to either ship the item or refund me. I asked them to ship it and received no further reply from them. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. The website is a scam. Do not use them.

Item received but did not think it was worth the money at £625 as the quality was not good, sent back but did not have the confidence would get a refund as was offered 50% off next order, when refused that due to cost they said would be review on return and no further communication from company just stopped replying, had to go through the bank to put a dispute in.
Don’t waste your money unless a cheaper item.

This company operates as a drop-shipper of items found on AliExpress and sells them at a 1000% markup. For example a bracelet sold on their site for $79.99 can be found on AliExpress for $5.99.

ALSO they failed to disclose that the product has a California Prop 65 warning and contains Lead and Cadmium.

Saw an ad on instagram and considered it possibly being a scam but ordered one of their bracelets and was surprised with how nice they look and feel. Only issue with the bracelet I ordered is that it’s a bit of a pain to put on and take off but they live up to the images they had shown.

Do not buy from this company. Their bracelets are so small they will not fit on a child. They
lie and mismarked their goods. Horrible,Horrible Horrible company. Don't waste your money.

Ordered, never arrived, believe its a scam? Edit: not a scam, my bracelet arrived today, and I am very pleased with it, only delivery is questionable as it was left by Evri on the doorstep

The company is a scam. You buy from them on their website and they send from TEMU or another Chinese website. If you want to claim a refund, you have to damage the items on purpose, otherwise you won't be able to return them. The purchase should also be made through PayPal or another company where you can file a claim, because they won't give you your money back.
