We vacationed as a family of four during April vacation from NH and everything exceeded our expectations! From the cleanliness of the villa to the staff at the waterpark, everything was perfect. The life guards at the pools and water slides were friendly and helpful and it was clear they take their jobs very seriously which created a safe and relaxing environment. We whole heartedly recommend villatel for a family vacation!

We recently stayed at Villatel Orlando Resort. We had a two bedroom condo, it was very clean and comfortable for our family of three. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning.

The only drawbacks in the unit, we were on the 1st floor and there were no blinds or curtains for the living room sliding door. It felt very weird that people could walk by and look into our unit, especially when it was dark out. Also, the furniture in the bedrooms is a bit big for the size of the bedrooms.

My almost 2 year old really enjoyed the splash area, playground and basketball court. The amenities are very well done and laid out. Just wish the playground was completely fenced, for small kids that like to make a run for it.

All in all, we will definitely be back to Villatel as we only live two hours away. This will surely be our spot to stay in Orlando!

After staying at Villatel I don’t think I’ll be able to stay at a hotel ever again. Everything was absolutely perfect. If I had to say anything critical it would be that the coffee filters for the coffee machines didn’t fit well. That’s it! The staff, the villa, and our server Trevor by the pool were amazing.

Check in and out were easy. Place was clean and updated. Wasn’t too much of a crowd at the pools. Wasn’t sure if the added heat for the pool was on but the front assures me it was. Overall, loved it, would highly recommend and would book again. Reserve the pickleball court if staying on a Friday or weekend.

Home away from home! My family and I had a wonderful time! Clean home and we had everything we needed. The house was magnificent and the staff was very friendly! We enjoyed every moment and no one wanted to leave! We will absolutely be back!

Great accommodations for large families and the pool within the unit was enjoyed by our grandkids. The large pool and lazy river was also hit.

Best vacation ever!

While the property itself was beautiful and our group did enjoy spending time together, the overall experience at this hotel left much to be desired—especially considering the high cost.

To start, we encountered a serious safety issue in the master bedroom bathroom, where the door knob was installed backward. This resulted in me getting locked inside the bathroom, which was both frustrating and unsafe.

Throughout our stay, we found that the staff lacked basic knowledge about the resort and were unable to answer most of our questions. The bartender at the pool, in particular, was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a menu, I was told I needed to scan a QR code—something I couldn’t do while swimming without my phone. When I asked for a drink I had seen another guest with, he had no idea what I meant. I ordered a Bloody Mary (which my mother-in-law had just received), but he initially told me he needed to find the mix, only to return and say they had run out—without an ounce of courtesy.

Access to the amenities was also a hassle. We saw other guests using key cards to access the gym and pool, but when we asked about it, we were told we didn’t need them—then bizarrely told no other guests were using them at all. Because we stayed in one of the villas, we had no convenient way to get to the main areas and ended up having to drive to the pool due to the long walk.

The villa pool we paid extra to heat didn’t filter properly, and the Wi-Fi in the master bedroom never worked, rendering the TV useless. The refrigerator door hit the countertop every time it opened, and there was no step stool for the high cupboards, no pot holders, and the microphone on the karaoke machine didn’t work.

Other disappointments included having to rent or buy a ball to use the basketball hoop in the pool, the lack of life jackets in our private villa pool (though they were available in public ones), and the shuffleboard table being unusable due to the absence of sand.

One of the most baffling moments was when we requested a late checkout and were told it would cost $365 with a 50% discount—more than simply booking an extra night, which was quoted at $252. That made no sense at all.

While the resort was visually impressive, the service, amenities, and overall experience fell far short of expectations for what we paid. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

Our stay at Villatel Orlando was amazing! Villa was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Grounds were well maintained, pool area was great for families, we had a blast! We plan to come back next year and can't wait. zero complaints! Well done Villatel!

We absolutely loved staying in the 4 bedroom villa. We will be booking for next year with a 6 bedroom villa. I loved how clean and new everything was. I will recommend this place to my friends!

Loved the villa rental and its accomodations, the security, the welcome center, and the pool facility. Recommend having your own transportation though parking in front of the villa is limited. The schedule to and from the theme parks are very limited though comfortable and accommodating (pick up locations may not be too close). Due to the security, food delivery is outside the security gate, which may not be too close. Check-in is 4:00 pm and the villa was not ready, though the registrant and people at the welcome center were as accommodating as they could be but provided conflicting status information. Due to this inconvenience, we were however rewarded with late check-out which was appreciated. Enjoyed the 4 day stay and wished we had stayed longer. Would love to return to the Villatel. Oh, also liked the proximity to food, universal theme park, and other entertainment.

We had a fantastic time at Villatel and our Family really enjoyed themselves. Great location in Orlando, along with all the amenities you would ever need. We felt very safe during our stay due to the constant security measures taken and the villa itself was well thought out. Kids had a fantastic time as well with the private pool, along with the pool and water slides on location. We will absolutely be back again when visiting Orlando in the future!

We stayed in a 5 bedroom home - Villa Rosa for 5 nights. The home looked exactly like the photos and so did the resort. I was a little nervous because the price was so reasonable, but everything was wonderful. The resort itself is new, clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the pools, slides, pickleball court etc. The gym is small but it was fine. The bartenders at Aqua Grille aren't the friendliest. One tall gentleman was the nicest, but the rest seem to have an attitude and don't acknowledge people at the bar until it's their turn. There were so many people behind the bar chatting and not doing anything, yet, there was only one bartender addressing the customers. That's my only complaint. The property is about 15 mins from Universal. The home was clean for the most part. We ran out of gas for the grill one night and they sent someone quickly. The pool at the house was warm but it did look a little murky. It may have been from the concrete color since it did smell like chlorine. I have a pool so I generally can tell if it's clean. Overall, great stay and EXCELLENT for families

Our stay at Villatel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The resort's amenities were top-notch. The food was also a highlight at the bar. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Rented a 5 bedroom house. Was bigger than I thought. We all had a great time. !

We stayed in the four bedroom villa. It was great from start to finish. The kids loved the pool and the amenities on the property.it is close to everything and definitely worth checking out.

This was a great place for a big family to stay! We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with 6 adults and 4 kids, and the bunk bed room was a highlight for the kids. I only wished the resort/water park area had more options for food, but what was available was great. We also loved the playground— the large shade above the playground was great for the Florida heat!

From the moment we arrived at Villatel, we were blown away by the stunning property, world-class amenities, and top-tier service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the private movie theater, or just relaxing in our luxurious suite, everything exceeded our expectations.

This place is perfect for families, couples, or groups looking for a high-end getaway with all the comforts of home and then some. We’re already planning our next trip back—Villatel is a hidden gem that deserves all the stars!

Our stay at Villatel Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The resort itself is beautiful, with clean homes that have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the endless hot water, which was perfect for six people showering daily.

Despite these positives, our first impression was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the gate guard was rude and unhelpful, making us feel like we were bothering him by arriving. He didn't greet us or offer any directions to our villa, which left us feeling unwelcome and confused.

Another downside was the inconsistency in the amenities provided. On Wednesday, we rented a cabana by the pool and were pleasantly surprised to find bottles of water and ice in the cooler. However, when we returned on Saturday, the cooler was empty, and we were informed that management had discontinued the bottled water service. This was disappointing, especially considering the cost of our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at Villatel Resort, particularly the villa with its themed room. However, for the price we paid, we expected more consistent service and perks. Thank you.
