The fact they ship to the UK is fantastic - the orders are always well packaged, good email communication, sometimes orders have arrived super quick as well which is nice and if they take a while to arrive, there's a heads up about that too. Love the varied releases and the merch too.

These guys don't care about anything. I understand that got the item for half price. But shouldn't be penalized for a sale you offered. Item doesn't ship for a month but billed for the item. They also acted like I wasn't important when I reached out. Like I'm not a priority because you got it half off. Oh you got half off! We will ship it in 3 weeks.. What kinda business does this? Then if you call no-one ever answers. Don't offer a sale if your gonna take care of regular price paying customers first. What a awful way to do business.

Best covers & amazing selection

Great releases, lousy shipping and customer service. I realize they put their subscribers first but multiple people I know who are not subscribers and ordered titles after me were shipped before my order. Their order was for under $40 bucks, mine was for over $150. I doubt they would have shipped when they did if I had not continuously sent messages. No apology, nothing.

Goods are always professionally packed. They are not Amazon (thankfully) and are a small company. They are not the quickest at dispatch and may take several weeks but worth the wait. If you have no patience then shop elsewhere and try to grow up.

Apart from putting out the best releases of some of the most obscure and insane movies they are also the greatest company to deal with. Always friendly and helpful and will look after you if anything happens to your order. My only gripe is that they need to stop using FedEx but otherwise they're perfect.

This company has decided not to sell its products at the one time of the year when you need to purchase gifts. A ridiculous policy which is also a bad business practice and shows they don't care about their customers either. No help from customer service although they were quick to respond.

Sure, ordering from the EU is not that cheap, but VS do a great job with their service and they sell really beautiful (limited) editions. What really strikes me is how quick my orders arrive in Germany...takes only few days via FedEx, also no issues with customs etc. It´s just a pleasant experience for the customer.
