The original light they sent me didn’t work out but they ended up refunding me for it. The second light I got from them is installed in our bathroom and looks great.

When the delivery took longer than expected, they responded to me right away. In the end, I received the light fixture on time and absolutely love it. Thank you so much!

I bought this chandelier during one of their sales, and the quality far exceeded my expectations for the price. Even though it looks compact and lightweight, it gives off an impressively bright amount of light. It was even a little dazzling.

I ordered a walnut-colored pendant light. It’s quite large and definitely makes a statement. However, the color I received was nothing like what was shown in the photos online, which was really disappointing. Instead of the warm brown highlights I was expecting—a perfect blend of brown and gray—the actual finish was a very dark, deep reddish tone with some light gray speckles.If I decide to keep it, I’ll probably end up repainting it myself. I’m not thrilled about doing that much extra work, but it might be the only solution.

Whilst the online ordering was straightforward and communication from the retailer good I cannot say the same for the delivery company (FedEx). I was given a delivery date of 6th December. It didn’t arrive and the tracker says it is still at the depot (7th December) despite the fact that the delivery date is still showing as 6th December. No emails or messages have been received today there is a delay or when the revised delivery is due to be made.

We bought a pendant light for our walk-in closet, and it really elevated the whole space—it brightened up the room and made it so much easier to pick out clothes. The stylish design also added a touch of luxury and elegance to my wardrobe. However, the included light bulb stopped working pretty quickly, and I’m not sure why. I had to buy a replacement myself. While the fixture looks great, the bulb quality definitely needs improvement.

The lighting fixtures looks great, but I was really disappointed that it didn't came with instruction manual as advertised. Definitely not what I expected.

The site seems to post photos different than the product they offer. We ordered a very costly light fixture and, while a light fixture arrived, it was substantially different and much cheaper looking than the light fixture shown in their online photo. My guess is that they take pictures off of reputable designer websites and then make knockoffs.
