I liquidated 2 months ago - still no payout
I liquidated 2 months ago - still haven't received my money back. After sending 4 emails to support after maybe a week I finally heard back saying they need my bank info. I fill it out the same day. Get told they do payouts once a week. Week goes by... surprise! Still don't have the money in my account. Don't invest with them. I work in payments and have experience in wealth management and I'm just floored at how bad my experience has been with Vinovest. There's no excuse for how long it takes to get in touch with someone - especially someone handling your money!

Their customer service is nonexistent
Their customer service is nonexistent. I have been calling and sending emails for over a week. Once they have your money they disappear.

Vinovest is an excellent way to add hard assets to my portfolio, adding further diversification beyond traditional stocks, ETFs, and real estate.

Be warned
Steer clear from this company. There is no way to withdraw money yourself and you have to go through support. Unfortunately, it becomes very difficult to get ahold of someone.
When calling, no one answers. If leaving a voicemail, it goes unreturned. When emailing, they will respond to maybe 1/5 emails and often >1 week before reply.
I’ve been trying to get $1,000 back from them for nearly a month. Building customer trust should be a cornerstone of any young company, and this critical area leaves much to be desired.
I’ve had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully spur a response from Vinovest.

Worst Customer Service Ever...
Everything was all great until you sell and want to access your funds. Customer service takes forever to respond and it seems like they only have two people working for them and they only respond to calls and emails once a week. I believe in Fine Wine as an investment but don't trust your money with a company that does't take getting your money back to you seriously.

Be careful when investing with Vinovest
I decided to give Vinovest a shot and invest some money into wine based on my growing interest in the market. The app is flawed in a major way and it needs to be fixed. When you place a "buy order" for certain bottles they take your money and charge you a trading fee but sometimes that purchase will not end up in your portfolio. On two occasions I've had a sizeable sum of money taken from my account and it just disappears. There is nothing on the app showing I have a pending order. No email trail. It just disappears. Be careful using this service. Track all your trades. Better yet, don't use this service until they fix this issue.

I have been an investor for one year. So far my investment has been a consistent loser. The wine experts buy wines through auctions and it appears they over-bid. Almost immediately after the wines are added to my portfolio, the wines lose value and remain losers. Negative returns from expert wine pickers has been my experience so far.
