What a fantastic jacket, beautiful soft leather, great fit and great service. They checked with me about the size and I received it in three days. Would definitely recommend 👌

Their phone faulty or not answered most of the time,Saddlebags showing as in stock before i purchased but not .no email to let me know what was going on.Three times I was told they would be in the next week.After nearly a month I had to chase a refund being told it would be in my account in 24hours after another problem 4 days later still i am emailing them.Very Very dissapointed if you want to waste your time for a month go for it.I probably tried to contact them 10 times and got a reply on four occasions

The jacket is very good and just what I wanted. Thank you Kelly for your help. However I had to return the first jacket as it was too big. The exchange was very slow despite four calls at one week interval. On each occasion I was informed that the replacement would be dispatched within two days. That did not happen. Only following an email some six weeks from my initial order did the efficient Kelly dispatch the goods. As I said before the jacket is good hence the3stars. Otherwise it would have been 2.

Received my belt. Very pleased with the quality. It did take some time to arrive due to import. But well worth the wait and money!

The jacket arrived and I am more than happy, I expected a ridged material that I would have to break in, however the leather was soft, well stitched, great liner and the jacket fit perfectly. Ordered for my husband for his birthday. Absolutely loved the jacket. Did order wrong size but got a email asking for his chest size to make sure I’d ordered right size. Customer service was brilliant. Definitely recommend what a brilliant company need more like this . Spot on. ❤️

Had to return an item to exchange, after constantly chasing them for nearly 2 months they said if it wasnt here by monday id get a refund aswell, it didnt arrive monday but they have now sent it out and are refusing the refund

I ordered a brown leather vest and was amazed by the help l received.
After placing the order the company contacted me to check my size and I was told that the vest would be on the snug side and if I wanted a little bit more roomey I should go up a size.
Two days later the vest arrived and it fitted like it was Taylor made just for me.
