Decided to treat myself to a new Biker jacket and fancied something a bit more retro. Went for the Marlon Brando style leather jacket so ordered it on Sun. The following day I received an email from Kelly at Vintage Leather confirming my chest and waist size to ensure I had ordered the correct size which I thought was a nice touch. I received my jacket the very next day, so only two days after ordering. The whole process was faultless and I will definitely be using Vintage Leather again, thankyou. Oh yes, and I really like my jacket.

This is the second time I have used vintage leather and have to say both jackets are outstanding quality and good value for money. I will also say the customer service I have received if fantastic 😀 I will definitely buy again as I like the choice of different styles and would highly recommend

I stumbled across Vintage Leather whilst looking for a leather biker jacket for my son's 18th birthday. Reviews were really good so I ordered. Not only was the order confirmed immeduately they asked for measurements to ensure the correct size was ordered. I paid for quick delivery and received it 24 hours later, beautifully packed to minimise any creasing. The quality is fabulous and I have one very happy 18 year old. I would definitely recommend this company. Thankyou

I'm really happy to recommend this jacket because the quality is much better than I had hoped for. I opted for the body armour as well and that fitted easily.

Green, short, wax jacket with armour!

I purchased a suede leather waistcoat and was initially impressed to receive an email confirming my chest size to ensure it would fit ok. The waistcoat turned up quick enough and when I removed it from the packaging I thought it looked good and matched the description on their site. However, when I tried it on I realised my hands suddenly resembled those of a motor mechanic who’d never heard of Swarfega! I also noticed the t-shirt I was wearing was now covered in black marks. I’m assuming the dye process had not been completed properly. These things happen and I emailed Vintage Leather and was asked to send three photos. How you photograph dye running on a black suede waistcoat or why they needed three is beyond me but I sent photos with what was a clean white cloth to show how much dye was coming off when simply rubbed and heard nothing back. I did receive and email asking me to review my recent purchase which I did leaving a 1 star review. I then received an email thanking me for my 1 star review offering me a 5% discount on my next purchase! Needless to say, the review never actually appeared on their site and I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again. I went to a specialist dry cleaners who informed me that they could probably sort the issue but it would end up costing twice the price of the £50 I spent on the waistcoat in the first place. Based on my experience with Vintage Leather I would not recommend them at all.

Ordered a leather jacket which was described as 54”. Could not even do it up although I am size 52”. Returned it the next day 1st July. They paid my refund a month later into my PayPal account then they cancelled the payment. Still waiting for my refund and they don’t respond to any correspondence.

I ordered a jacket from this company it arrived late due to delays and on the first ride the back of the jacket ripped I then asked about returning it and then was told to send a picture of the jacket so I did thay have not got back to me and I have contacted them a few times to see if there was any updates to no reply

I ordered 3 items on 3 separate orders with Vintage Leather. They communicated excellently asking for my chest & waist to confirm size ordered.
All 3 items came on time within 3 days. I requested return of 1 item and they were very helpful.
Quality of the 2 other items superb and value for money outstanding.
Will definitely use them again and can recommend to all!
30/08/2024 - update. So after rating them 5 star initially, I am now having to downgrade my rating to 2 and may even reduce my rating. Reason. Having returned 1 item with Royal Mail signed for special delivery, confirmed received the following day, after more than 14 days as per the promise still no refund. I was promised 48 hours ago it will be in my bank. Still no money. I am not happy.
I would warn everybody that intend to buy from them to take extreme care... this is not a happy experience.

Update: I have finally received my refund about 28 days after the return. Was not very happy about the delay, but finally resolved.

A beautiful leather motorcycling jacket and great customer service.

Unfortunately had to send the item back but after 4 weeks I am still waiting for my refund even though they responded to my email saying my refund would be issued within 48 hours and that was 2 weeks ago!! They don’t answer the phone so now I’ve had to get my bank involved…..dire customer service!

First Class service, Start to Finish, Absolutely Professional and superb.

The item looks even better in real. Leather is very soft. And the size suit me to perfection.
Had good experience with the customer service about the size selection, they contacted me after the order and checked about the correct size.
Delivery was quick and precise.
The advert did not say that the jacket is CE approved for motorcycle riding and the quality of the protection is very low, needing replacement for sure. But for the cost you pay the jacket it is more than satisfying.

I bought the Womens Brando Motorcycle Jacket. Really beautiful jacket and props to Vintage Leather for sending me an email to double check my size/measurements. The jacket has lovely soft leather and feels good quality for the price! However, the CE armours that came with this jacket were very cheap in quality: a non-flexible foam back protector that didn't even fit in the jacket, and shoulder + elbow armours that provided no flexibility. I went to my local bike shop today to buy some flexible Oxford and DO3 armours for the jacket to replace the cheaper ones and the guy at the till who was helping me fit the armours said my jacket wasn't CE approved as there was no label inside. This jacket should be labelled as "Motorcycle Style" as the protection of the jacket hasn't been tested. I wish I had known this before getting the jacket as this jacket is no better than those on Amazon in terms of safety. The materials tag only says it's "real leather" and doesn't fill me with confidence that it actually is full-grain, which the shop advertises. Additionally, after a few wears (less than a week), the polyester fibres of the inside quilt have started to poke out of the material, making this jacket questionable in terms of longevity. Maybe worthwhile going to your local bike shop instead if you're after legit motorcycle equipment.

I was interested in a leather jacket from this company. I messaged them to ask for sizes / measurements. They initially responded asking which jacket I was interested in and they would supply measurements. I have heard nothing since despite 3 further reminders from me which have gone unacknowledged.
If they can’t respond to sales questions what would they be like with a problem, fault or return?
I’ll shop elsewhere thanks

Ordered this jacket not expecting to much due to price £132 including armour and free delivery. I’m really surprised thick leather but really soft and well made. Not sure how they can do it at this price but I’m not complaining. I’m 42 inch chest and went for xl and it fits perfectly. Thank you vintage leather.
