no communication. no delivery date. Absolute waste of time and effort ordering from these people. AVOID IT - pay a little more from somewhere more reputable

I received my products after three weeks, and they looked really nice. However, be aware that the sizing runs very small. The return process was also smooth, though you need a bit of patience; I didn't receive an email confirming receipt until 3–4 weeks later.

I ordered a large cycling jersey and was sent a small. The jersey cost $38.15, and Vintage is insisting on a $15 return‑shipping fee for their own mistake. This is blatantly poor customer service, and I strongly warn others to avoid doing business with this company.

Lousy quality of materials used. The fabric and especially the padding are really bad. Very bad fit as well and when you want to return almost no way to return that garbage.

Overpriced products, dropshipped from China. Ordered 5 items, and all of them came with manufactoring issues on the seams. Their customer service is AI driven almost completely. Returns processing takes a long time.

The jersey is not even close to the one on the web page,and the material looks cheap

Dopo una prima esperienza negativa dovuta al ritardo nella consegna e alla difficoltà iniziale nel ricevere informazioni sulla spedizione, devo riconoscere che il servizio clienti si è attivato concretamente per risolvere il problema.
Nel giro di due giorni hanno preso in carico la situazione, fornito supporto e portato alla soluzione, dimostrando attenzione verso il cliente e volontà di rimediare.
Un ritardo può capitare, ma quello che conta è come viene gestito: in questo caso hanno dimostrato di fare il massimo per risolvere il problema.
Ringrazio quindi il team per la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata nella fase successiva.

The pattern is as expected from the web page. Shipping took a week longer than estimated and item is WAY too small. I wear a women’s small/ med top so I ordered a long sleeve fleece lined jersey in a women’s large. It won’t even come close to zipping up. And no refunds- only store credit.

After 4 days of “processing” we asked to cancel our order as we feared we wouldn’t receive our order in time. This wasn’t possible - probably because it’s a print on demand service and they already started producing.
We wanted to send the shirts back, as we received them too late for our trip to Giro d’ Italia. But they will only give you store credit and not refund your money.

The sizes are extremely small! So take a good look at the sizing chart.

Nice looking product, I had a problem with size guide - as can happen with obline shopping - but they listened to my problem and decided to change their return policy.

Le colis est arrivé assez rapidement et le maillot est sympa en design mais la taille est bcp trop grande...
Je m'étais pourtant appuyé sur leur tableau d'aide au choix de la taille très bien fait sur le site mais qui doit donner au moins 2 à 3 tailles de trop !
Retour impossible aux vues des conditions...
Je ne recommanderai plus sur ce site !
