Dear Lucine,
We are sorry to read your feedback.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are determined exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country. DHL does not set these charges, they simply advance the payment on behalf of the recipient to allow the parcel to clear customs.
These fees are mandatory for international shipments and are not controlled or influenced by our company in any way.
We always declare the correct value of the item, as required by law, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
We understand that customs procedures can sometimes be unexpected, and we are always happy to clarify any details prior to shipment.
Kind regards,
Vintage Room Milano

BEST Experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Vintage Room Milan! They treated me with kindness and professionalism! I bought a bag on their website and went to pick it up in person. It was in brand new condition! They know their stuff. I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or hustle me! They were patient and thorough. I even sold a bag to them and got a good price for it. The whole process was an absolute pleasure. Rest assured with this company, they are 100% legit and honest. Don't be afraid to buy or sell with them. Highly reccomended! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+++
