I used to do yoga on and off since
long but i knew, yoga is more than asanas and i wanted to have that abyss of knowledge from the ‘right’ source. I explored a few institutes and honestly speaking what made me choose this institute is
1.recommendation from a “known of known”
2.was labelled as best yoga school on google
3. Cheaper than other schools(labelled as best schools)
I am glad, all these factors made me choose this school. Honestly speaking i felt such internal satisfaction as a student here. I felt i have come to the right place
1.The vast amount of knowledge, the teachers has is exhilarating.
2. And despite the fact, they are all humble and very enthusiastic and are never tired of answering questions in class infact, they encourage it (since i’ve the most doubts)
3. Acharya Vinay g teaches philosophy, which moved my mind and pushed me to think beyond the captions of this world.
4. Guru ravi g , has the best knowledge. Hath yoga, and as his student , i felt i connect with hath yoga more, coz of the way, he made me feel both mentally and physically.
5. Aashish guru g, i was astonished to see, a man at such young age has such a vide knowledge in this field and is humble too.
6. Shivam guru g, most enthusiastic man, always ready to answer all the questions.
7. And tanu mam, she made meditation easier and deeper than i ever knew, the experiences i had in her class are beyond discourse.
8. Vikas sir teaches vinyasa beautifully, early morning. He is very patient and motivated me to do my best.

I would love to stay connected to this school, every chance i get.

I had great experience here in Vinyasa Yogashala.owner,faculties,students nd even the kitchen staff was also very good. I enjoyed and learnt alot from here. Ashish ji u r amazing..🤘 the teacher should be like u...caring, supporting, motvating and a happy personality like u..

I was a bit afraid to start this course, because I'm already 40 years old, but there was definitly no need to feel reserved. You can go at your own pace and advance your yoga-practice under the guidance of skilled teachers. Yoga can be a part of you, regardless of age.

I really enjoyed doing this course. Everything is organised very well and all the instructors are very informative. There is also a live zoom call every week with an instructor and if the time doesn't work out, you can record it for later. Would highly recommend. Thank you :)

The 200-hour YTT course from Vinyasa Yogashala is a really great online yoga training. I completed about 65% so far and really enjoy everything this course offers. I have learned so much new knowledge that I didn’t know before. This course explains the poses very thoroughly. Ashish is really helpful. I look forward to completing the entire course and will recommend to anyone.

Very nice course to do online. Easy communication via whatsapp or chatbox. The platform is easy to use and gives the opportunity to work at your own pace at any hour of the day. Would definitely recommend!

I can say that my 2022 year starts with this course, and this is the best start for me. I enjoy every lesson and respect and thank every teacher very much. from the first moment of each video, the atmosphere of yoga takes you to the right place. not only the lessons, but also the sensations of yoga, not just one moment, but a lifetime. I am very glad that I decided to take these lessons, it gives me a lot of experience as a practitioner, as a teacher. this is the meaning of yoga that I have been looking for, and I am getting it.

Took the YTT 200 online course here. The course materials were easily accessible and worked on different platforms/ gadgets. The weekly zoom classes were great, and Ashish was very kind and attentive in answering our questions. Highly recommended!

I learned a lot from the Vinyasa Yogashala good quality videos great content,very qualified teachers, the staff is really quick with answering questions.
My personal favorite subjects was hatha yoga, and yoga philosophy, to be honest every class was so amazing to watch I never enjoyed school so much!
The website was very easy to handle,
and overall I would recommend everyone to do the yoga teacher at Vinyasa yogashala.

I took the online course and I loved every lesson of it. Taking the course online allowed me to go through each lesson at a time that suited me best and to repeat them if I felt the need for it. The instructors are amazingly knowledge. Their insights go much beyond the traditional western teachings you hear. I would highly highly recommend the course

I am very grateful that I found this self learning yoga class, mainly because it's include everything from yoga to Pranayama to meditation, and also because it's self learned technic where the videos are very well explained and the teachers are ready to answer any questions you want. Plus I've been doing yoga for about 5 years, and with this training class I have learned a lot of new things, and I am so grateful for that.

I am very happy for doing my YTT with vinyasa yogashala. The course is really great and very organized. You will learn alot about matras, pranyama, meditation, philosphy, anatomy, hatha yoga, Ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and kundalini yoga. All the lessons were so enjoyable. I loved how simply all the teachers are explaining the lessons to be so practical and easy to understand and apply. The course contains lots of enjoyable practices besides the weekly classes.I am so happy for taking the course with them.. I am very happy I found this online course. It is very complete and covers multiple yoga styles, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and more...
Every teacher knows his stuff and is able to answer any question. They explain what the posture is good for, when not to do a posture, as well as modifications if you can't do a posture, which is great if you are a beginner.
If you have a problem or want to know more about something, they are very responsive and genuinely helpful. They help you grow and support you which I am so grateful for.

I am pleased to have found Vinyasa Yogashala. My life has changed since then because I've amplified my vision about the world, yoga, and my vision of society. Every time I have read and watched the online classes, I acquired great knowledge, and through every word, I got conscious of something. It was not easy, but nothing that we want to conquer is easy. For me, it is just the beginning and I want to apply to other courses in the school.
