really enjoyed Vinyasa Yogashala. I couldn't
ask for a better yoga school. The people are nice and they are always helping you with every aspects of your experience which is a big plus in a foreign country. The place is in a calm area of Rishikesh and we feel very safe.
There are also a lot of cafes and shops around that you can go by walk. The teachers are very nice, patient and knowledgeable and they share their passion with all their students. Every level of yoga students are welcomed, as I was a beginner myself. With the patience of the teachers I realized posture I couldn't think I will be able to do. We really feel like a family. The installations are very comfortable and the food is amazing. They cooked for us with love and smile. The organisation was perfect and we also had the opportunity to celebrate Indian independance day and to go for some extra activities. Also the free massage was the best I have ever had. This is a great opportunity to dive yourself into the world of Yoga. Coming from Northern Ireland, not much is known there about Yoga. It is a lifestyle.
Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with. From the teachers to the Staff innthe Accommodation. Food was delicous I only went out on Sunday evenings for dinner. Teachers have a world of Knowledge and will help guide you on any question you have. The Accommodation staff were friendly and we have made some friends here for life.

My 200 hours is over, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Not only will I take back some amazing memories but I have learnt so much and developed as a person. Yoga (not just the exercise) will be fully embedded into my life.

Rahul has been fantastic, he has organised and reorganised- along with all the other staff, outings that was postponed due to the monsoons, organised taxis, was always present and always went the extra mile to make the best possible experience for us all.

The 200hours course is intense, it is certainly not a holiday. But all the teachers worked hard to get the best out of us, even on the days we were exhausted. I definitely feel like I have been taught by some of the best teachers in Rishikesh.

Thank you for everything, and maybe in a few years I will be back to do my 300hours.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here at Vinayasa Yogahala. Everything was just perfect the teachers, classes, food and the atmosphere. The place is very soothing and I loved each and everything. Specially I would mention Priyanka mam she is lovely human being and takes care of everyone in the Shala. Best yoga school at Rishikesh i would recommend everyone to go and have life changing experiences here at vinyasa.

I have no greater way to describe my experience with Vinyasa yogashala than as a transformation. This family and school of life has given me the support and strength to be able to humbly reshape my perspective and realign my soul with the universe. Their undying dedication and knowledge to yoga as a holistic lifestyle has unveiled the parts of me and my practice I don’t think I would have found without them. Their teachers go above and beyond to connect with students and challenge them to expand their practice beyond that of the asanas. Mindfully allowing every student to have the opportunity to understand and deepen their knowledge about themselves, yoga, and their practice. The experience was nothing short of life changing. The facilities are clean and spacious! The food is well-planned and tasty! But bring some protein with you as sometimes it might serve you a bonus!! And most importantly let’s not forget it’s yogi food, made to support you, yogi on this specific journey full of intense transformations from your body to mind! With 2 asana classes a day your body will continuously release blockages and toxins, feeling unwell from time to time is only a part of the purification and should be accepted as normal! Simply trust the process and renew yourself with love, patience and gratitude! It's a blessing on its own !! <3

You will feel grateful for what you have accomplished while finding a family away from home! It says it’s not you who chooses Rishikesh, Rishikesh chooses you!! Mother Ganga will stay in your heart forever, don’t feel surprised if you feel a calling to come back again!

I did the Online 200-hs Course and I was very happy with my growth during these 6 months. I was able to pace myself and follow at my own rythm and time schedule. (having two kids it is something I appreciate greatly!) The teachers are very professional and always available, and the lessons are varied and great for personal correction and self-awareness. Thank you for everything! I loved every moment!

I just completed the 300hrs YTT at Vinyasa Yogashala in Rishikesh and I had a great experience!
Teachers are amazing, I enjoyed learning from them. Their knowledge is remarkable, they share it in a way that makes it easy to understand and integrate the information. Teachers make themselves available to answer students' questions during class but also before and after. All of them have been caring in an outstanding way.
Staff and management are always available to help the students if needed, as a family business they also make you feel you're at home to create the best learning conditions. Everyone has been super friendly and focused on working towards our best interest (as students).
The school provides 3 meals a day, which were lovely cooked. The food was really enjoyable, fresh, good variety. Kitchen pay attention to specific diets and make adaptation if needed.
Location of the school is perfect, you can enjoy the area during your time off. The staff will always help you if you want to visit some places.
This month was an amazing human experience, words can not describe how rewarding it was on so many levels. I am grateful for all the moments that I lived there.

I had the privilege of participating in one of the online classes offered by Vinyasa Yogashala, and I must say, it was an absolutely exceptional experience. This online platform provided me with access to incredible materials that rival the teachings one would receive by actually traveling to India. I am sincerely grateful to the entire Vinyasa Yogashala team for making this opportunity possible.

Kundalini Yoga, in particular, has deeply impacted my life through this online course. The instructor's extensive knowledge and humble approach were truly inspiring. Amazing school & amazing teachers! If you are looking for a safe space where you can have a meaningful learning experience, create new habits that will support you on your journey plus do a deep dive into yogic studies, VYS is an excellent choice.
The teachers are all highly educated, super sincere and committed to their craft and genuinely interested in the growth of every student. Observing them is akin to seeing the yogic principles come alive into action. They work hard to create a sense of community and ensure that everyone feels supported . The school’s curriculum is typical of what you will find in any YA approved school but on some occasions we had the added privilege of listening to expert guest speakers who were invited to talk on other related topics like Ayurveda, Marma Points & Nadis. Expect to work really hard and have fun outings on the weekends!

All the support staff too were very kind and hardworking and super eager to help and I have nothing but gratitude for the people and my time there. Food was healthy & the rooms were comfortable .

Amongst the asana classes, I absolutely loved Ashish ji’s Hatha classes which were so carefully structured and progressive in content with a detailed emphasis placed on form and alignment. If you are looking to perfect your form or grow in your postures , I can’t think of a better teacher to learn from because he has great technique and form which has to come from a deep understanding of the asana itself.

Remembering with much fondness all the lovely people at VYS (Ashish ji, Tanu ji, Shivam ji, Vikas ji , Sadhu Shree ji during my time back there) and looking forward to being there again sometime in the near future…

Spend a week at vinyasa yogashala for retreat .... Trust me it was a amazing experience..... Along with the asana pranayama and mantra class ... I went for excursion also .... Abhishekji( vinyasa staff) help me in exploring rishikesh more .....
I will definitely come for 200hr ttc probably by the end of this year .... Thankyou vinyasa and team for this lovely experience...
