I had a really positive experience ordering from Vinyl Status. The process was simple, my order arrived on time, and the quality matched what I was expecting. Everything was well packaged, and the product looked great. I’d definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.

Ruined our wedding surprises. Shipping and print time is deceptive. Paid for a useless product because it wss not recieved on time. Stick to vista or quick print a company that really follows tge policies they have in place.

So beyond frustrated. Maria at customer service must be a bot, or illiterate. They sent me someone else’s proof, never sent my stickers, then couldn’t find the exchange- we’re going to keep my money- I try to straighten it out and she says we are sending your order (the one I didn’t approve from months ago that they already screwed up).
Most frustrating experience and costing me business. It’s a shame as their stickers seem decent but good luck trying to get the actual ones or have any customer service.

Website says orders usually ship within 2 days. It's Friday and Monday will be the 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped.

They will not cancel order.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely do not recommend.

I ordered two identical items of the same size, but when the proof arrived, it only showed one. I immediately sent multiple emails to request a correction, but they told me to cancel the order instead. However, their website has no option for online cancellation. There is no phone number to call, and you can only interact with a useless AI chatbot. I have been waiting for over a day and a half with zero response. Complete waste of time.

Horrible service. I had a hard tour date that I needed the magnets by. I paid the additional fee for priority shipping. The order was made, the money was charged. It is 2 weeks later and the order is still showing in process. I wrote to customer service 4 business days ago and Maria told me that the order was ready and waiting for shipping. But she has not returned any inquiries as to what is going on since then.
The tour that these were needed for has already started.

VinylStatus sent me the wrong color decal then tried to gaslight me. I had to begin a dispute with my credit card issuer. Still no refund.

I order over 50 000 Stivers a year from various online suppliers and these guys are just the worst…

The communication and delay before receiving the order puts makes you believe that you have been scammed and will never receive them but I day you do… the most disappointing order ever with tiny stickers (supposed to be 2.5 x 2.5 inches but smaller than 1 inch) I have them to my kids an they out the on their toys … nothing else I can do with them

We placed an order with them for some decals to go on our mobile food truck and we were told they would be shipped within 5-7 business days….after almost a month of not receiving any tracking information or shipment notice I contacted them through email because that’s the ONLY form of contact they have they responded the next day and promised that my order would be shipped out that afternoon and the tracking information would be emailed to me either that afternoon or next day…..i did not receive any tracking information that day or the next so I emailed them and then they kept saying they couldn’t find my items and were not communicating very well so I asked for a refund and went to vista print and ordered the exact same thing and I was shipped within a week and delivered!!

I ordered letter decals for my business truck from vinyl status almost a year ago. They still look brand new and are not even beginning to peal. I recommend this company. It is worth the price!

They have horrible marketing techniques. Constantly texting me even after unsubscribed. Eli, the CEO was sending me emails addressed to himself. Pushy marketing. Emails with no option to unsubscribe. They need to re-evaluate their customer outreach strategies.

I placed an order for two youth medium shirts. I received two adult small. I contacted them to say I received the wrong sizes and Maria tried to tell me I never ordered any youth shirts. Well, I showed her the order and then she said sorry for the oversight. Then told me I was getting a store credit and couldn’t give me the two YM shirts I ordered! I don’t want a store credit, I want the items I ordered or my money back! Very shady company! Do not order from them!

Placed order. I did make the mistake of selecting the Instagram sticker. I immediately emailed customer service asking them how to add a QR code before processed. The responce i got was not an answer to my question. The responce was at check out you can add ur QR code. I emailed back saying I already placed the order. The responce I got was of no help and they continued to process my order incorrectly and take my money. Stickers came in and they are definatly not worth $55!

My order showed up earlier than expected. Every sticker looked sharp and vibrant. The site felt easy to use, the proof came fast, and the quality hit the mark. This company really knows what customers want .

I ordered and prepaid a custom sticker from Vinyl Status, explicitly specified as white on clear vinyl. After a 6-week delay, they delivered the wrong, unusable item.

When I asked for a replacement or refund, the company acknowledged the error but refused both.

From Vinyl Status (Maria), in writing:

“To avoid repeating any mistakes, we are unable to reship or redo the order at no cost. However, you are welcome to place a new order and use your store credit toward it.”

In other words: they kept my money, admitted the product was wrong, and required me to pay again to receive what I already bought.

My response:

“You did not send me what I ordered and paid for… If you cannot correct your mistake… I request a full refund.”

They refused.

Small dollar amount, but suspect pattern: accept payment → deliver incorrect product → deny refund → demand additional payment. Buyers should be aware.

Non stop spam emailing promotional material when I have never made a purchase or shown any interest in this.

This would have been my second purchase with this company! Paid over $100 for an order on Nov 24 that I have yet to receive! Emailed them about it and their response was at first the address, then they notified me that the order had been lost but rest assured they would get it reprinted and reshipped! Here we are today Dec 22 and I have yet to receive the item or a refund! I emailed a few days ago about a refund and I haven’t gotten a response yet! This company has the absolute worst customer service and the number they have on their site is not a real number!

I purchased RFID stickers from Vinyl Status. They came with absolutely no RFID capacity. I asked customer support in email about it and they fully admitted that the stickers are sold as RFID but do not contain any RFID capacity. Then thanked me for understanding and my continued support while denying my refund for not being %101 satisfied.

I purchased custom lettering, vinyl decals for vehicle application from them because their website clearly shows multiple examples of vehicle lettering and clearly states, "no background and Transfer tape". The decals I received were lettering on a white background like a sticker. They responded quickly to my initial email, requested pictures and then after sending pictures their response was simply to buy additional product. I wrap vehicles was looking for a good source for custom lettering but will never order from them again.
