Were do I start bought a Viofo A229 pro 3 channel dashcam and it was by far and away the best dashcam I have owned in 56 years of being on this planet until it wasn't I have had previous Vantrue and Viofo dashcams in my past 6 cars and never had issues orher than minor teething issues. So with experience of the brand I ordered the above mentioned dashcam and it was flawless for a total of 7 weeks and 1 day then nothing completley dead and an extremely expensive paper weight I don't know if they are saving on production costs or it was bad luck but left out of pocket and having to look at other manufacturers replacements, shame as if you get a good one it is really really good unfortunately I didn't want protection for two months, If it had lasted 2 years that would have been acceptable to me but anything less and alternatives might be a better choice.

Quite like the cameras. I got an A329 for my wife's car. Although I want another camera for my car, I'm not going to buy while Viofo are treating the UK as treasure island.
I bought the previous camera from an importer they had a few months ago - that site has disappeared and the Viofo.co.uk site was also missing. Then it appeared, but today seems to be down again.
They seem to be laughably incompetent at websites. The domain registration has been messed up. The site now half loads on my PC, but the mobile site just shows godaddy parking. Hardly trust-building.
I turned to their main site Viofo.com. The Mini 2 on there is $118 for the US (including a typical state sales tax).
Put a UK address in and that becomes £110. With the current exchange rate it should be ~£87.
There's no excuse for this.

Item sent (allegedly) 27th of November next day recorded delivery, yet the tracking is with dpd and they still haven't received the order. Item still not received 15th of December.
They don't respond to emails and they don't answer phone calls. 0330 223 3108.
Looks like I will have to get a refund from PayPal which is an arduous process in itself.

I have returned an item via Royal Mail and it has been delivered since three weeks. Despite repeated requests from a Viofa customer representative, Sian, for a refund, I have yet to receive one. The communication has been unsatisfactory and I would advise against purchasing from this company. The information provided was inaccurate and misleading.

I bought a a229 recently, but accidentally bought the single channel version. Luckily I had also bought a rear camera lens, and the person packing my camera noticed the discrepancy and quickly called me about it prior to sending it.
We sorted the problem out, and everything was done in a matter of minutes. They were also incredibly polite!
The camera itself is a great bit of kit, made better by not having to deal with a rigmarole caused by my own incompetence.
The clarity of the image is amazing! Even out-of-the-box settings have recordings that give so much detail, you can see number plates. Audio is also very good. If you have a decent-sized SD card and hit full, everything "turned up" you could probably count the stones on the road!. only thing I would like would be a native player with zoom and editing features. At the moment, I'm using VLC and Wondershare Filmora for editing. minor niggle
Just opened the box for A329 dashcam, on the back of the paper user manual is a qr code for user "videos"...there is no mention of the A329 dash cam on the user videos..not a great start...

Absolutely superb service from Karl at Viofo after I had experienced a problem with my MT1 Motorcycle Dashcam.
Karl provided clear instructions over the phone to fault find the issue and it was confirmed the control unit was defective.
I returned the unit as instructed on a Wednesday and Karl ensured a replacement was delivered to me just two days later, fantastic service.
I can’t thank Karl enough and I would highly recommend Viofo to others.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered,
Parcel has been "misplaced " over 3 weeks, no joy from those thie×s at evri, customer service advice is just wait (when they actually respond) ,they won't even talk to PayPal, they are just dragging their heels waiting for the dispute to expire, abhorrent behaviour from this company basically we got your money go f×@k o#f,
Received a reply of Chelsea asking to reach out to them wow only took a month! Dear Chelsea what is the point? You have had 63 emails regarding this, and a PayPal ongoing investigation, your company even admitted that Evri, had lost the parcel yet you did nothing, no replacement nothing, so why am I after nearly two months still waiting for my refund?

Arrived quickly, well packaged and the installation instructions were clear.
The static fixings didn't work for me as there were parts of the windscreen that have other bits attached so used the double sided pads which are holding everything in place.
Routing cables was easier than expected. Unfortunately the car's USB ports were not providing enough power, the 12V socket worked fine, but I was using that with a satnav. Separately purchased the hardwire kit which gives additional functionality.
(it was also easy to fit).
Voice command and wifi work fine along with the app.
Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve had a VIOFO A119 dashcam for over 6 years but it stopped working. I’d like to pick out David from Customer Service who diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a new card to insert. He programmed the card for me in readiness, installing the necessary software, and kept closely in touch to support me with installation and activation. Problem solved the following day when the card arrived! Many thanks to David for resolving this frustrating technical issue.

The unit arrived promptly, nicely boxed with all the bits I could possibly need. The video looks good, happy so far. This unit is to replace an earlier unit (not viofo) that only lasted two years so time will tell.

I decided to purchase Viofo dash cam after reading many reviews, and so far I've been very pleased with it's performance.
I bought it direct from Viofo because I didn't want to take the risk of a copy. It was very quick delivery and well packaged.
It wasn't the easiest of dash cams to install, but I'm experienced having fitted many in the past.. The easy way is to use the cigarette lighter...but I hard wired mine as I wanted a more professional finish.
I can highly recommend this cam as the results are top notch.
