The dress I ordered was really deceiving online. It appeared to have texture and emblems and stones and then it arrived and it was basically a picture of the dress printed on fabric. To be honest, im giving it an extra star because the fit was fine. It’s just nothing like the photo being advertised. Definitely feel bamboozled.

I feel it is important to reiterate that this company is a SCAM. I never received my refund and I returned all 3 dresses in unused condition in a timely manner, following all of the detailed instructions. Violet Aurora insists on claiming it is an issue with my credit card company and my credit card company is saying it’s an issue on Violet Aurora’s end. I lost over $300. Violet Aurora took my money and is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of in a timely manner. They say they are readily available, however it takes about a week for them to respond to each email sent. This company is TRASH

Made the biggest mistake ordering from this scammer.

The dress ordered could fit a dolly when I complaint and asked for the return address she told me to keep the dress and take a 30% refund, the cheek!

They then agreed a week later to a refund and provide the address to PayPal.

I packaged the awful poorly copied dress and took it to the post office to be told, the address is fake!

Well paypal gave me my money back. Don't touch them they're scammers pretending to be American based, A1 images are used shoppers stay clear!

I ordered a few dresses from Violetaurora for my birthday and honestly I was so surprised by the quality Around the same time I had ordered from another brand too and that experience was really disappointing so this genuinely stood out to me What I appreciated the most was their customer service Since it was an international shipment I was a little worried about the delivery and updates, but their team was always responsive and helpful They replied on time through both email and Instagram kept me updated about the shipping and made sure I had the right information throughout The dresses arrived exactly within the promised timeline and even before my birthday which made me super happy The quality fit, and overall experience were honestly amazing Definitely one of the better shopping experiences I’ve had online 🤍

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this purchase honestly made me feel completely scammed. I ordered a maxi dress from this website, paid 560 PLN, and what I received is nowhere near what was advertised.

The only positive thing about this order was the relatively fast delivery.
Unfortunately, that is the end of the positives.

The dress looked absolutely stunning on the model in the photos. The pictures appeared professional and reliable, and the dress looked elegant, well-designed, and almost silver, with a beautifully decorated neckline.
Based on the photos and the price, I expected good, premium-quality workmanship.

What arrived looks cheap, poorly designed, and completely different.
The neckline does have crystals, but there is a very noticeable, perfectly centered gap right in the middle of the neck area, where there are no crystals at all — just plain fabric. This gap is symmetrical, clearly intentional, and not a production defect. It makes the dress look empty, unfinished, and extremely cheap. This detail was not visible in the product photos at all.

Additionally, the color is totally misleading. The dress was advertised as looking almost fully silver with a nude lining underneath. In reality, it looks mostly beige, with some glued-on crystals. The overall effect is nothing like what was shown online.
While the fabric itself is not the worst, the dress is horribly cut. The size does not match the size chart at all, even though I measured myself carefully before ordering. The dress slides down at the bust, is not fitted at the waist, and sits very poorly on the body. It is extremely uncomfortable to wear and looks unflattering.

Overall, this dress looks like something worth maybe 70 PLN at most, not
560 PLN. It genuinely feels like a cheap dress with randomly glued rhinestones rather than a thoughtfully designed piece. The quality, fit, and overall appearance are far below what was promised.

I contacted customer service regarding a return and am still waiting for a response. On top of everything, the return shipping cost is apparently on the customer, which feels unfair considering how misleading the product presentation is.

I feel truly disappointed and misled.
The difference between the photos and the actual product is shocking. I would never purchase from this website again and would absolutely not recommend it. What you see in the pictures is simply not what you get.
