What a great experience we had using VIP Mayfair right from the start. I had to call from the USA to make our arrangements and Karen made it all so easy. Our driver was so prompt and professional and our vehicle was so clean and comfortable. We had what should have been an hour ride from London to the countryside, but due to a bad accident only a few miles from our destination, traffic was at a standstill. Our driver, Mr Mazhur handled the delay with such patience and persistence to try and find another way. We appreciated his professionalism and great driving skills. Thanks, VIP Mayfair and thanks, Karen, for the great service.

The company created a created an itinerary for us that allowed us to see everything in one day .Our guide was wonderful. He took us to Stratford-upon-Avon and Cotswold. We never felt rushed. He was a very safe driver and we would use this company again.

When searching for a great Chauffeur Service in London there are many websites to choose from. I searched a number of but selected Mayfair as the most professional. I selected them and the entire process was seemless. Rapid response to my inquiries and very competitive pricing to hotel concierge. Service was on time, clean, friendly, great. Booked them again when are cruise ended in Southampton for a very smooth transfer to Heathrow. Ready to book again on our next trip to London. 5 stars. Thanks
