Mario is very well informed about the history the area and made our day a great experience! He was very careful as a driver and very friendly and flexible ask to our needs. My wife has trouble getting around and he was very helpful.

Mario was our first driver and he was amazing. He set us up with Sergio, was spectacular in every way. They were both very attentive to our needs . We were amazed by them both.

We weren’t planning to do a tour but upon meeting Mario, it was clear he was a wealth of information and valued my family having a good time. He wisely talked us out of a day tour to algarve and we instead did a day trip to Sintra and surrounding areas and then we had such a great time, we booked him for the next day as well for a trip to Obidas, Nazare and some cave exploration. Perfect activities for our family. We used different vehicles each day and they were both professionally maintained and clean. Mario was a great, safe driver and expertly navigated us around while giving good context and history. He also knew when we needed a little sleep! He and his partners have built a great company which is testament to his hard work. He clearly knows the importance of client service and treated us with a first class experience. Everything was seamless, planned well and we kept on time. We will definitely be back to Portugal and using Mario and VIP to explore other parts of a great country.

Excellent and helpful driver who was in touch by text upon arrival and then at the meeting point when we exited customs. Helped with the luggage to the car and ensured safely seated for the trip home.

Very courteous & knowledgeable driver with a comfortable eco friendly van. First time to Portugal for us so great to get the history of the land on our inaugural 2.5 hr. drive. We were also provided recommended areas and restaurant's to visit and explore during our stay. all well worth while taking in.
Further trips to Cascais and Sintra proved equally as informative and we were glad to have Mario there to guide us in the right direction for visiting the Palace and Castle. Ended with a great sea side restaurant for lunch. Thanks Mario !

Mario not only provided a perfectly clean vehicle and drove with the utmost safety, he was generous with his knowledge of the country noting highlights and tours that we should participate in with our stay. We learned quite a bit that will enhance our visit to Portugal.

We had a great experience visiting Sintra with Mario. The tour was well thought out, including the timing of the weather and provision of tickets to bypass the long entrance lineups.

Definitely worth it to take this private tour!
