Our experience with VIP Traveler was absolutely exceptional! As first-time users, I was initially a little cautious, but we were pleasantly surprised by the incredible trip they put together for us—and at such an amazing rate!

Our first trip to New Orleans was truly unforgettable. Staying at The Roosevelt, enjoying spa treatments, receiving food and beverage credits, and having a beautiful king suite with two bathrooms made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a five-star vacation from start to finish.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We highly recommend VIP Traveler to anyone looking for an incredible luxury getaway at an exceptional value!

We purchased a package to Boca Raton Resort and enjoyed it so much that we purchased it two more times. The company is great to work with and puts together incredible packages. When we saw the package we thought it was too good to be true, so we called the resort to confirm it was legit. The resort said - "buy it!" - we cannot touch the price for the value!

The Roosevelt in New Orleans was an excellent stay. It was luxurious and well appointed. Every staff member that we encountered were professional, courteous, and helpful. We tried several of the dining options in the hotel, and after five days of staying in New Orleans, to say that I had the best meal at the Fountain Lounge is really saying something. The relaxation therapy what was part of the package was perfect for the morning before our trip home and a long day of air travel. A relaxing lunch by the pool was another highlight. Overall, such a memorable experience. Looking forward to more travel with VIP Traveler. Looking for something in the winter that will work with our travel bucket list.

We had an excellent experience at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix and really enjoyed everything about our stay.

We spent plenty of time relaxing by the pool and especially enjoyed having access to the Citrus Club. Having drinks, snacks, and food available throughout the day was a great addition to the experience. The weather was beautiful, our room was very comfortable, and everyone we encountered on the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked our stay through VIP Traveler, and the package was exactly what we expected. The Biltmore staff knew all the details of the offer when we arrived, so there was no confusion about what was included.

We also received a beautiful Arizona Biltmore coffee table book from the gift shop as part of the package. It was an unexpected and thoughtful extra, and a great souvenir to bring home.

The best part is that we probably wouldn’t have discovered the Arizona Biltmore if we hadn’t seen the VIP Traveler offer. It turned out to be a wonderful find and a hotel we’d happily visit again.

VIP was a perfect package for us. The booking process was easy. It was a luxurious New Orleans Hotel. Lots of delicious dining options. Pool was a great amenitie. Spa was relaxing & rejuvenating.

The trip through VIP Travel was awesome. Great communication prior to the trip, and everything was as represented. We will book another trip soon.

I recently purchased a New Orleans package and stayed at the Roosevelt hotel. First of all the hotel was beautiful just majestic very grandiose and the staff was excellent helpful and knowledgeable. The package included $50 food and beverage daily credit which they took off at the end no problem. I opted for the 50 minute Spa session in the zero gravity chair which was wonderful and the staff in the spa were amazing. The hotel is centrally situated easy to get to the French Quarter Canal Street and I took so many Ubers easily to different places and waited an average of just two minutes to get an Uber. I was afraid that it wouldn’t be worth the money that I paid for the package, but it was indeed a very good deal – I recommend it highly and I do plan to take another trip through VIP traveler.

VIP traveler really delivered on our trip! We got a luxurious stay at The Monarch in San Antonio with all the extras that were advertised: beautiful corner suite with a separate soaking tub, valet for the duration of our stay, $100 credit each day, and we even got a complimentary ride in the hotel’s Rolls-Royce! I highly recommend this hotel and VIP Traveler for their promotions. This deal saved us a lot of money and we had an excellent experience. 👏👏

The vacation package delivered on everything it said it would. It was great!!

This is our second VIP trip and it was amazing! Great communication before and during the trip and was so great to not have to stress about transportation once we got to Portugal. Plus the hotels are always top notch! We had so much fun and can’t wait for our next trip with them!

We had such an incredible time at the Arizona Biltmore with the VIP Traveler package. We especially enjoyed the Citrus Club multiple times every day along with the historical tour. Everything went smoothly and we are hoping to do the package again in 2027.

Everything was great from when I first contacted VIP traveler online to working with them! Anytime I had a question, my contact Chris quickly answered it. When our flight to Portugal was canceled due to plane issues, Hannah had already emailed me aware of the flight cancellation and contacted the hotel in Portugal for me. All I had to do was give her the new flight number so she could contact transportation and they were there when we arrived. The accommodations were amazing, the transport vehicles were all very nice as well as the drivers, and the excursions were also very good. Everything was seamless...basically all we had to do was show up! I will definitely use VIP Traveler again in the future!!

Was excited to try VIP Traveler for the first time because of the good reviews. We bought a VIP exclusive from VIP Traveler for 4 nights at Zemi Miches.
The transportation that was included was not it. They used a third party “Mozio” and when we followed instructions on where the meeting point was to be picked up, no one was there. We weren’t given instructions on who to look for, or anything. We were waiting for 45 mins in the heat, trying to locate our driver and the language barrier wasn’t helping. When I called the customer service line they weren’t helpful and hung up on me and seemed clueless as well. When we finally got ahold of our driver there was no signage on the car at all and it was so small, nothing luxurious about it. I thought they would be at the meeting point like the instructions said with our names on a sign so it was easy to find them. NOPE.

Then we arrive at Zemi Miches and in our exclusive it says that the laser tag, bowling, escape room, and arcade are included and our concierge says it’s not as it’s extra, when our exclusive literally says on paper it’s included and the hotel it’s not. That’s super misleading, currently we are at the hotel calling VIP Traveler and the phone lines are backed up and cannot reach anyone. So frustrating.

This was our 3rd trip booked through VIP Traveler and each time they have provided phenomenal customer service and stellar vacation packages!

This trip, we had an absolutely amazing five-night stay at Bali Resort Aruba and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our group of 11. Maria was exceptional—so responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. She assisted us with arranging everything from our yacht day and open-air jeep tour through Arikok National Park to massages and an incredible private chef dinner.

We were even treated to two surprise treats, both absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch! And when I accidentally left my necklace behind, Marielle went completely out of her way to make sure it was returned to me, personally getting it to my aunt who was staying a few extra nights elsewhere in Aruba. That kind of thoughtfulness and personal attention truly says so much about the level of hospitality provided by the partners VIP enagage.

Our days were filled with adventure and fun, followed by the perfect opportunity to unwind by the pool or relax in the sky bed under the stars. It was the perfect balance of exploring Aruba and enjoying quality time together at the house. Five stars without hesitation—we absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heengage.

And...we already have our 4th trip booked through VIP!

VIP Traveler is the real deal. Great vacation package at the Arizona Biltmore. Will definitely book with VIP again.

We purchased 3 nights at Edgewood Tahoe
from VIP Travel. It was everything they promised and more. Our room over looked the 9th hole and the lake. We never left the resort. We hung by the pool, golfed had delicious meals. The spa is amazing!!

Our trip was great & having everything coordinated made it super relaxing as well. Hotels were beautiful with great views. We appreciated the transportation & locations. Our visit to Greece was amazing. I’m so glad I used VIP to book it.
