This is a CROOKED SITE.
I was stupid enough to buy a "health" watch.
It showed heart rate, oxygen levels and supposedly my glucose levels(I'm a diabetic)

It simply generated random numbers EVEN WHEN IT IS OFF YOUR WRIST.
They never respond or give a refund

Total waste of money with useless products and awful customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

The product was not what it said in the advert .Therefore the sale was fraudulent and was completely misrepresented.
The email I sent bounced back and I cannot return the items as well.I do not know what to do

I have recently bought a smart watch from this company,
On receiving the item I found the microphone doesn’t work I have emailed them but no response.
Very disappointed with my purchase.
I think they are a fake company trying to rip off the public

Trading Standards should have a good look at this company for all the reasons stated in negative reviews. They are scammers and owe me 39.00 for a useless smart watch. I bought this watch on the 24. 2.2026 had it for two days and wanted to return it to get my money back as it is inaccurate and as such useless.I got one reply from many emails on the 8.3.2026 and nothing since despite my many emails to them. In my opinion they have no integrity and as such should not be trading.

Though I would try glasses totally useless very very poor DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY please don’t waste your money cannot get in touch with them tried for a week emailed them messaged them no reply at all

A complete con. The watch measured my pulse as 90bpm when manually it was 62? This company should be declared to trading standards and closed down.

Bought a watch based on information from video and website. I had a feeling it was a scam. too good to be true. Contact customer service well over a week ago and no reply so far. Don't think I will get one.

It is a scam company. They are just trying to lure the customers through digital marketing and what were you buy you will either end up not getting a product or a product which is a counterfeit or defective product.

The watch I ordered arrived damaged. Despite attemtps to contact the company by WhattsApp and by email I have had no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wow where do I start? Absolutely disgusting scammers. They play there customer so much it’s a joke. My elderly dad brought a £39 watch which popped up as a ad and it looked absolutely amazing and had everything he was looking for in a watch and more. We came to receive it and it’s nothing like what they promised on there website and they had a 30 day risk free trial and if you didn’t like you could send back for full refund. We haven’t even took it out the box as you can see it’s absolutely not what he ordered so I contacted customer service and said I wanted to send it back and get a full refund and they said they couldn’t accept returns or do refunds. So I obviously said that we are so unhappy and for the last 10 days they have offered me certain amounts of money back each day but keep the item which I have explained is not what we want. We want a full refund and they messaged today saying we can have £34 out of £39 but today also said We understand your feelings, but a full refund is beyond our capacity and would be a loss for us as well.
Absolutely disgusting scammers. At The end of the day the loss is their fault for not giving us what we ordered. You are clearly scammers. Taking the money of elderly people and scamming them. I have offered to send the watch back at their cost for a full refund. Absolutely fuming!

The digital health monitor watch advertised on YouTube for £38 is a clone by Laxasfit of the Galaxi Smart Watch 6 by Samsung, but with many fewer features. It is avaiable online for lese than £10. The users instructions in the box are virtualy illegible and Laxasfit to not seem to offer a manual online for this particular watch GT4 PRO. Customer Services are useless. But, the watch itself is OK, although expensive.

What annoys me is not scammers out there. Those have become part of the online experience. Its the DUMB scammers. Seriously, if you're going to give it a try, at least have some finesse! 5 figure watches, london's elite, blah blah.

Total Scam! The watch doesnt show any blood sugar measurements. Dont trust their advertisements.

I have tried to validate claims for glucose watch with mhra the medical device regulator in uk. Impossible to verify. No makers or brand or manufacturers certification. The claims are spurious and appear fraudulent. I would advise avoidance and treat this product as a scam.

You know it’s going to be a pile of crap when they claim London elites are giving up their 5 figure watches for this trash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
