The name is fitting, cause they are cold as ice.
I want to share my experience with ColdProxy as a warning to other potential customers. I recently used their service and was extremely disappointed with the quality of their proxies and their customer service.
Firstly, I paid $180 for 24 hours of using their proxies, but they did not work as advertised. When I contacted their support team, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to offer a refund or a replacement set of proxies that worked properly.
Their policy of not offering refunds or replacements when their product does not work is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the service that I paid for, and in this case, I did not. Their insistence that the proxies were working fine when I have clearly experienced issues is not only dishonest but also shows a lack of accountability on their part.
Their customer service was also very unprofessional and condescending, with no willingness to understand the issue or offer a reasonable solution. These kinds of business practices put companies out of business, and I urge other potential customers to look elsewhere for their proxy needs.
Overall, I cannot recommend ColdProxy as a trustworthy and reliable proxy provider. Save your money and your time, and find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of their product.
