Very pleasantly surprised
After frustratingly finding many chains either breaking at the slightest snag or losing their colour I bought this with low expectations. However having purchased the wheat chain from Virage it is extremely pretty, does not lose its colour and shows no sign of being likely to break. I am greatly pleased.

On each and every product page, the exact length of each item is stated specifically within the description section on each product page. Therefore as a visitor, you know exactly the length you are purchasing prior to placing the order. We also offer a very detailed size guide for you to also check your wrist size before making any purchase. Unfortunately it sounds like you didn't review either of these before placing an order, and so made a mistake on the exact item and size that would best suit your wrist. It is also worth noting we do also offer a number of different lengths for many of our products too, all of which can be chosen directly on each product page.
We also ensure our returns process is completely seamless and easy for each and every customer. Our returns policy is fully available to review before you purchase and any small return fees completely cover the return cost and processing of your return.

I have bought the rope chain and another necklass haven't taken them off since getting them would definately recommend.
