I first joined one of Ange’s workshops on Blue Monday which I found incredibly insightful and uplifting. A few months later I joined her Embrace Your Truth course which was just magic! This was exactly the catalyst I needed to make positive changes in my life and I can honestly say I’m in such a better place now because of it. Would highly recommend Ange’s courses to anyone!

I’d never thought that coaching would be so beneficial. Angie is great and has helped me and it has been an uplifting experience.

I have now done Ange’s Embrace Your Truth course and 1:1 coaching, and both were a really liberating experience for me.

They helped me to dig deeper into areas that I struggle with and address some of the scars that past trauma has left me with, that I had previously only scratched the surface with.

Ange is a wonderful coach, she is kind and calming and her authenticity shines through in the way she approaches her sessions.

She listens without judgement, and helps to not only guide you through your own thought process, but also positively reframe your own negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for coaching in either a group setting or 1:1!

Ange has been unreal. Really helped me understand how and why certain things happen in my life, she is incredibly supportive and following Ange’s course I have a completely different outlook on the day to day of work and home life, it’s helped immeasurably, would recommend to anyone!

Ange completely changed my negative mindset, helped me overcome my limiting beliefs and reminded me of my self-worth. I have had the privilege of participating in many of Angela's online workshops , and I must say they have been an absolute game-changer for me. From the very beginning, it was evident that Angela's expertise and passion were geared towards helping individuals achieve their personal and career goals. Angela was guest speaker as part of a High School International Women’s Day Event. Angela spoke to 100 young women confidently about equity in the workplace. Angela was engaging, thorough and well prepared, she held the girls full attention with relevant content, providing valuable insight into the importance of self worth, building confidence and embracing equity. She was truly inspirational and empowered a room full of 14 year old girls and teachers!

I would highly recommend Angela for any type of event, whether it’s key note speaking, discussion panels, workshops or coaching.

Have been to multiple workshops with Virago and each has been amazing in its own way, some I was unsure of what exactly it would involve but as soon as I got there I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every moment.
