VBear contacted my instagram account to offer to pay me to assume rights over my video. I agreed to the flat fee arrangement. I submitted the video on 12/8/25 and got paid 2/9/26 in the full amount promised, minus PayPal fee. Slower than expected but, even though I was initially very skeptical, I was satisfied with the end result.

This fake company contacted me to asl my permission to post a video of mine, saying that they work for big names as LADbible etc, I thought is true and i gave them my permission and after signing a fake contract i found out that they actually are not affiliate with any companies and they scam, so i requested them to cancel any stupid agreement that we signed as they breach the terms and they lied and mislead me, and i said they have no rights to use my video. They said we do what we want and they went and posted my video!!!!! I have sent them emails and messages since then!!

This author received a response to his request within 2 business days from the date of the request.
- our side provided the author with evidence of partnership with major media
- the statement about the illegitimacy of the company is also false, since this can be easily verified online
The reasons stated by the author for terminating the agreement are invalid. No points of the agreement were violated by either party.
Nevertheless, as a sign of good faith, we were ready to comply with the author’s request to terminate the agreement, but the author never responded with confirmation in this regard.
