Viral Lights Reviews

Work great. Very satisfied.

VIRAL LIGHTS is taking over the globe 🌍 for good.

The tech is top notch 👌.

Order now! Why discount still running 💯🚥💦🎈🥰...

I loveeeee my lights and I definitely will be ordering more!! Thank you Viral Lights!! ❤️

These lights are amazing I put them under my bed and it makes my room look dreamy!! Totally recommend buying these lights, its worth it trust me:)

This thing is so cool! Love it. Adds some personality to my room.

I wanted to spice up my bedroom, but I didn't know where to start. However, after looking around on the website, I ordered the LEDs and I've transformed my bedroom into a spaceship! It is truly awesome. I can't even imagine what it would be like with the DREAMLIGHT bundle...

hey viral lights I’m so happy with my lights they make my room look Magical and i can’t wait to show my friend’s 😆

I thought it was going to be very difficult to use but not at all it’s very easy and it’s beautiful thank you so much <3

Really cool lights , i absolutely love them. I highly recommend these lights.

Absolute scam and no way to get any type of refund. I’m sure the good reviews are either really old, when the company actually did make lights, or are paid. I spent $50 on this crap company.

(21st Dec) I ordered some LED lights from Viral Lights on 2nd December 2021; communication confirming the order was duly received, and credit card charged as would be expected.

Some days later, the tracking on their website still reported "Ordered", but there was a tracking number, which only gave a response of "Info Received". This has steadfastly refused to change to date.

I contacted Viral Lights on 12/12, and received a fairly fast response, apologising for the delay, but confirming that it had been dispatched - the link given still simply gives exactly the same unchanged info as above.

"Maria" also promised a 25% refund to my credit card - this too has not materialised, a week after being promised.

Her email ended with the farcical statement "Kindly disregard the reason stated in the notification if it does not jibe with the situation..." - well why send a nonsensical email then?

I emailed Viral Lights again on 19/12, and 72 hours later, still have received no response. Their phone number does not appear to work either.

Whilst there are many people here who are delighted with their products, which are no doubt excellent, if you can get them, I am left frustrated that my son's Xmas present will clearly not arrive in time (if at all), and regretting buying from Viral Lights.

I am however open to their comments, as clearly this is a busy time of year, and rather unusual times.

UPDATE 3rd January

Following on from my review, a couple of days later, I received a message from viral lights requesting further information. I submitted this, and by Xmas I had received the promised partial refund as consolation for the order not being received.
However - as of 3rd of January, my package has not updated on their website beyond “Ordered”. No tracking, no emails, nothing.
I remain distinctly unimpressed.

Very easy to install and very easy to use absolutely love them i will or more i have the strip lights with remote control but will be get the dream lights next and with bluetooth and the wall lights thank you for brightening up my day

I received my Viral Lights quickly even though I ordered only a few weeks before Christmas. They work very well, I got what I wanted.

Never got a confirmation email or a reply from customer service to solve this. They asked me for the confirmation number but nowhere to find it without a confirmation email. They never replied back afterwards.
Stay away from this site.

Amazing lights!!! We love them ❤️ such a great atmosphere!! Thank you^^
