This is a good invention and I'm proud of the order maybe could have did better on bringing me something charged but all around good

I had almost lost my LED Tape in shipping as there's no notification procedure when it comes outside USA
But when I informed regarding my non deliverance the Viral lights team got into action. End to end notification for the user is important

I bought these lights for my daughter who’s been bugging me for LED lights for her bedroom… And for her TickTock’s and YouTube videos. She absolutely loves them!

I made a few orders a few months ago and I did receive my lights.I have not made any orders since but yet you all are continuing to charge BOTH my accounts for the last 2 months.I have tried your email and your number about this matter and neither of them work.I would like someone to get in touch with me ASAP and get my refund and discontinue charging my account or thwir will be legal actions taken.

I’m a streamer on Twitch, and I was gifted an item from Viral Lights. The order was placed on April 2 for their hanging wall lights. It is now May 7, and I still have not received the order. I reached out to the company for an update on May 2, and received a generic “Your order is processing and will ship soon,” from a representative. It’s been processing for over a month. I replied back to that email, and received a “failure to deliver” email. Their support email is now inactive (at least for me), and I have tried emailing them on two different emails of mine several times. I even sent a text to the number on their website for text support. Nothing. I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau 30 minutes ago.

Please do not order from this company. After you purchase. They will instantly place a auto-payment on your acct to bill you $9.99 every month thinking you will not notice it. I caught it by checking my bank statements months after purchasing. When trying to reach out to them you can only reach them via email. Thank God for my bank blocking them. The rep tried to tell me that I must have selected it in the fine print. This company is scamming people.

Unbelievably and terribly unprofessional.

they use a automated email system. for weeks i asked for updates. they took my money and now 3 weeks later are telling me that they don't have the inventory to fullfill my order. after weeks of telling me "dont worry my profile just needs time to update the tracking and that tracking will update at its first destination. my first order with them i pretty much was shafted also. i ordered what i believed to be the dream light package. after seeing all of the advertising for a specific light we thought we purchased the right thing. they didn't care to make things right. told me to pay for shipping and they would determine if they could do the refund. that was $100. luckily for me i was able to give them to my oldest child and she is using them. they just have no care or compassion its all autogenerated. an apology doesn't fix you taking my money and telling me for weeks "we assure you it is being handled" when indeed you have my money but never sent my item and are telling me you don't know when you can send the item I ordered. I also paid for express shipping. they are awful. you can get Govee lights. the same ones for same price and better customer service with a better warranty and overall better experience. Viral lights is a joke.

Everything was awesome. I LOVE MY VIRAL LIGHTS..when I turn them on in a dark room I feel like I'm floating amongst the stars. I LOVE THE DIFFERENT COLORS ANDNTHE FACTIT CAN DO BLUETOOTH.

Not happy! Months and months of waiting. Tracking doesnt work.

I call scam! $300USD for 2 premium packs amd nowhere to be seen for months.

Viral lights work amazing, and I'm very happy with my order. My entire bedroom comes together perfectly now and there are so many amazing features and settings. Amazing product overall!!

When I placed my order I didn’t know it was also Bluetooth connected to it ! Thank you for having my order right on time !
