Worker treated half of the yard and went and sat in his truck. When my husband approached him in the truck he became confrontational. He claimed he did the job. We watched him on camera. This is the second time this has happened. That is why we watched him. He sat in the truck for at least 25 minutes. Rip off.
Great communication and fairly priced.
I would give this sleazy company a zero if I could. We had a contract with AgroLawn that we did not want transferred. We did not ask VG to treat our lawn based on their terrible reviews. My husband hired another company to do it. Not only did they come out to treat our lawn while we were out of town, the technician removed the sign from the new company that had just applied treatment. They keep harassing us via phone and e-mail to pay for the service we didn't want and did not ask for AND if you pay for the service you didn't want just to get rid of them, they auto-renew a contract you never had. As an aside, the same thing happened to a neighbor who said he watched the guy treat barely half his lawn from inside his house. Unethical company with terrible service. BEWARE!
We live in Glen Allen Virginia and have the estate plan. Their service has deteriorated significantly over the last few years. They have burned my grass by dumping too much fertilizer a poorly trained and inexperienced employee. Had to meet with the regional supervisor several times and have him make repairs. The same technician servicees our lawn and is always jacking up and scratching my gate to my backyard. Recurring problem. Has dragged hoses over the fence which strains the fence. With the estate plan, they are supposed to treat weeds that appear. I’ve gone through two bottles of round up in the past month because they don’t do their job. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Will not renew!
