I have worked with Virtual Employee for over 5 months, and I was happy with their services, so I can recommend everyone.

I have found the accuracy of our data entry projects to be excellent and completed in a timely manner.

Virtual employee's respurces understood the guidelines I had provided them with no need for calls or email exchanges to clarify the instruction they received. They completed the data entry task quickly and accurately. Now I feel I can safely outsource part of my job and focus on big picture and steer my business toward innovation!

Virtual Employee in my personal interactions has been easy to deal with. The employees they offered us meet or exceed our expectations. I would note that sometimes getting our employees the equipment required is a slow process. Any changes to our employee schedules or time off requests are all dealt with promptly. The staff at Virtual Employee are professional and courteous.

I am using Virtual Employee since June 2022 and I can say, they are my corporate HR department. I am hiring resources on a part-time or full-time basis and resources take care of my tasks. If you are looking to hire a resource from them, just make sure to spend some time training them on what you need them to do. They have a wide variety of resources in the virtual world.

Virtual Employee is a great outsourced HR resource partner and we view them as an integral part of our business. Their team model is exceptional and gives me great confidence in the employee and the work they are executing. I had a very small architectural project. I really liked the opportunity to do Teams calls and explain what I was looking for. The team was fast and very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service.

Do not trust them they are very disorganized, also will never refund the deposit or stay to what the "contract" says, i have had over 8 months of experience with them and it becomes worse and worse

We have been working with Virtual Employee for around 3 years now and I have to say, that I am very impressed with what they have been able to do for our business. Typically, the words "offshore hiring" have always been seen as something providing a service that is less than or not equal to the typical candidates one could hire locally. With the service that Virtual Employee and their resources have provided over these past years, those words no longer hold the same meaning. Offshore hiring, with VE specifically, is something I am proud to be involved with.

The main contacts for our company, Manish M and Mansij K are both outstanding in what they do. One acts as a liaison to Virtual Employee itself, where any questions, needs, concerns, or requests will be handled with care and in a very timely manner. The other provides direct supervision to the team of Resources who work on our accounts every day and does a phenomenal job of creating schedules for the resources based on our needs which can change week to week, provides feedback to and from the Resources based on performance and experiences, and is someone who I have come to trust with 1/3rd of our shifts. They are true gentlemen and understand business procedures as well as any of the other management figures I work with. They also know how to be lighthearted and laugh, which is a huge plus.

The Resources that work on our account are the only area where we have had an issue, and when I say issue I am not talking about anything serious or detrimental to our business. Like any handful of people I would hire locally, there have been some Resources who are eager to dive in to do the best job they can and are possibly better than some of the local talents on our team currently. Then you have the opposite end of the spectrum of Resources who don't have the same grasp of the local language, take a little longer to catch on to some concepts, and don't share the same drive as the Resources I previously mentioned. But I do not fault Virtual Employee for any of that. They found someone whose skills qualify them to work on our campaign, they took them through training to learn our processes, and the Resources do a good enough job that overall I am satisfied with the work. The Resources in the last category have either left the company and been replaced by amazing candidates or are on their way out so this is no longer a concern of mine. As I mentioned, this would happen with people I hire locally or offshore so I am not at all disappointed with VE's hiring process, management, or the company overall.

After everything is said and done, I stand by the 5-star review as I have not had any issues with the company that were not promptly resolved or explained by my own misunderstanding. I am glad that we found this company and am thrilled to be working with a group of such highly skilled people. I would absolutely hire Virtual Employee again for any other projects my company has and look forward to continuing to do business with them for years to come.

Our company has been incredibly impressed by Virtual Employee and the tremendous amount of value and added productivity they have provided to us over the course of the past seven months, so I felt inclined to share my great experience with those considering a partnership with Virtual Employee.

Our company worked with a different Virtual Assistant company in the past, and we left due to our overall dissatisfaction with the quality and organization of the company. I began my search for a new provider, and I was immediately drawn to Virtual Employee after reading reviews on various platforms and having an initial discussion with their team.

We decided to give Virtual Employee a shot, and it became clear that the company is a professionally run organization with high standards for its employees, quality of work, customer satisfaction, and organization/ease of use for their clients.

We have worked with Yuvraj, our virtual assistant, since day one with Virtual Employee. Yuvraj has been nothing short of amazing, and he has consistently gone above and beyond for our company. Yuvraj spent the initial few weeks working with us, learning about our business and the work he would be performing. It was a breath of fresh air when I began to understand that after walking Yuvraj through each task and project, everything clicked, and he did not come back asking for repeat explanations, which was a big pain point in working with the previous VA firm.

After our first few weeks together, Yuvraj had developed enough knowledge to then begin providing his feedback on business processes and areas he thought we could streamline/optimize. From the onset, I told Yuvraj that we would like an extra set of eyes on all that we do, as we want to see what an outside party believes our areas of opportunity for improved efficiencies are. I was pleased to see Yuvraj take us up on this request.

Yuvraj continues to provide considerable value to our company, and he has become a distinct part of the team. He has developed relationships with our local management group, and although Virtual Employee employs him, we see him as "one of us."

I have been using Virtual Employee for about six months, and they have been brilliant.

I use them to run and manage my small online shop, which allows me to continue my day job without worrying about the site.

Sanjay is my marketing expert who looks after all the marketing and is slowly increasing the site's exposure and managing short-term PPC.

Meenakshi works on the site as a developer and, adds new features, products and tweaks the design over time.

I then have Rudolf and Puspashree managing the team and the process to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

We started a Magento2 website with a directly employed developer in 2019 and the result was a slow mess. After contacting various agencies to try and get this resolved I came across Virtual Employee.

For a flat monthly fee Virtual Employee were able to provide a pre-vetted dedicated Magento 2 developer and supervisory team who literally acted like Virtual Employees. They reported to me directly and they quickly and efficiently rebuilt the site whilst retaining key elements of data such as products, imagery and pricing as required. We then recruited a Digital Marketing expert from them to work on the marketing elements of the site. Again the support has been great and it's mainly due to a lack of my time that I have been unable to communicate as much as I should be.

Overall my experience has been incredibly positive. There are always small kinks which have to be worked out when working on any project but it's a excellent service they provide and great value for money.

They are great to work with! Everyone is a pleasure, a great listener, and learns quickly. We are happy to partner with them and will continue to source new employees through them as we grow.
